Very cute little BnB in the wonderful Fiesole in the hills outside Florence. Great breakfast with lots of local food from the area. Very nice staff. Was our second stay and we enjoyed it both times. You can reach Florence easily by bus but you should take some time to see Fiesole, too ;-)

If you are noise sensitive, you maybe want to ask for a room away from the street (I think there is one). The street is busy in the morning and loud if you sleep with the windows open. But the rooms also have AC, so you can keep the windows closed which isolates from the noise quite well.

best stay ever!!!! Andrea and Laura where just too good to be true!! and breakfast was dreamy!!!! everything fresh made from local products. locations is lovely. Truly my favourite stay so far!! will definitely go back!!

The host, Eleonora was super warm and friendly. Everything was perfect. It is super clean, the breakfast was very tasty, especially the scrambled egg with Fiesole olive oil. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Our room was lovely: beautifly furnished, quality bed linen and sparklingly clean. The bathroom was great too and oh what joy to have a bath after 2 weeks of just showers (room 4). Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of sweet and savoury local products. The staff were very welcoming and made a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant in the town square which was a short walk away.

The guest house is situated on a fast main road with no parking. There was a free car park a few hundred yards away on a lower level of the town but we found it quite difficult to stop on the road and offload our luggage. The alternative would have been to park and lug our suitcase up and down many steps which was equally unappealing..

What a gem this place is! It is so quiet and has a real Tuscany vibe yet so close to Florence( bus 7 was very handy). The place is sparkling clean and the host went above and beyond to take care of our needs. She checked us in the after hours when we were delayed because of a missing luggage. She gave us her personal phone number and was only a text away responding to every need we had. Room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. AC was running great. I will miss the abundant breakfast and the cappuccinos.

I wish I could stay longer

Very cute little B&B in a wonderful location. The rooms are basic (bed, wardrobe, small table) but very nice. Surprisingly, they have a wonderful and big breakfast, which is not common in Italy. Lots of food made by themselves or friends (cake, jam) or from surrounding villages. Fiesole, where it is located, is an amazing little town on the hills above Florence. If you don't mind the bus ride to the city, you may actually prefer staying here. Rooms have AC for the hot Florentine summer. Notably, while there is not usually a late check in, they were able to organise one because my flight was cancelled - super nice!

Not much to dislike. Our room faced the street, which is the busiest in Fiesole, so if you sleep with windows open, there will be noise in the morning (not so much at night, as there is not too much traffic). But since the rooms have AC, you will probably be fine. Also as mentioned above, there is not usually a late check in, but staff is very helpful to find a solution.

Lovely host, gave us suggestions as to where to park. The place is clean, good temperature in the room, great property location - 5 min walk to all the shops, restaurants and museums. Breakfast wasn't huge but perfectly enough - you have a choice of homemade bakes, local honey, local cheeses and meats and also eggs. So get options for both - sweet and savory. Good coffee.

You may have difficulties getting to the room if you have big and heavy suitcase as no lift and narrow staircase, but with hand luggage is totally fine

Lovely place. We got the room from the street side, but the window was perfect, so we were not able to hear anything. Great breakfast with a lovely staff member. We had a great chat about Italy, culture, etc. Great coffee and great food. We were able to leave our luggage and go for a walk the next day, so that was very nice of the team to let us do it :)

I would suggest adding a kettle to each room. We didn't have one in our room, and I like to drink herbal teas before going to bed. From what I remember, we didn't have a fridge in the room as well, and there was only one chair next to the table in the room for two people. As we were super tired, we stayed in the room, but one of us was eating dinner on the bed 🫢

Neat, clean room with beautiful views of rolling hills. The linen was clean. The room had a water kettle for making tea/coffee. A very good spread for breakfast with cakes, jams and cheese from local produce. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though the room window is on the main street, it was not noisy or disturbing. All the main shops, restaurants and the bus stop are 200 m downhill from the place. The room was cleaned and made up every day. Free parking 250 mts down the stairs opposite the B&B and then to the right.

The soap & shampoo pouches and the tea bags etc were not refilled during our stay of 3 days.

Very charming B&B with nice rooms and the best staff and breakfast! Everything was local and so tasty. I will definitely come back :)
