The host will do anything for you. She is amazing! The amazing smell of the jasmin trees in the property was the first thing we noticed. Being able to just relax. Having the entire loft to ourselves and being able to sit on the balcony at any point throughout the day and enjoy the silence and view of the land! We also lived the dinners, which we requested and made to order. We lived that she would drive us to the town 2km away and let us explore and pick us up later when I messaged her.

There is only one towel for showers for our 3 nights stay. The pillows need to be replaced. It was not a deal breaker since we didn't do much while in the facility. Because she was so nice, we didn't even mention it.

We had the most charming stay in this residence. Simonetta was very kind and helpful with the directions. She also prepared us breakfast and drow us to train station every morning and came for us every evening.

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was delicious! Local bread, pastries, lots of fruit, coffee and juice. The terrace where the breakfast was served overlooked the rolling hills. The location was quite a ways out of town but the owner was kind enough to transport us to and from the train station as we didn't have a personal vehicle. Being in the country provided a laid-back and beautiful atmosphere. The host also offered to provide dinner made with local specialities but we declined.

There weren't very many outlets in the loft apartment. I was a little nervous about overloading the ones that were there. No AC but an adequate fan was provided for the loft bedroom which made for a restful sleep.

Breakfast was very good; consisted of strong coffee, wholemeal bread, croissants, fruit, jam and butter Dinner was provided at E26 each upon request and consisted of very nice starters, a pasta dish and fruit for desert. Hostess (Simionetta) was very good at pick up from Fiesole Candile railway station, and also drop off. Guests are free to use the house kitchen to prepare their own meals as well.

It would have been good to have TV in english and other languages - only Italiano at present.

Excellent location, beautiful surroundings, spacious loft and garden. Good breakfast, with views from the terrace. We loved Simonetta's advice and recommendations, and her presence was just wonderful.

We liked everything. The only thing we would change is different mattresses on the bed, and it would make this an even more excellent stay. :)

Simonetta was the best host, very kind and hospitable. She gave us excellent advice. Everything was very clean and her house is really beautiful. I would definitely come back :)

The location…it was great to get out of the city into the countryside. The host was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating!

not really. The floorboards were a bit noisy in the loft.

Breakfast was very well served and preprared by Simonetta . Simonetta is the real reason to visit the house. She is an amazing host. Totally worth it!
