The location is great - a short walking distance from the train station (the other option is taking a bus that stops right behind the corner from the guest house) and all the historical sights. The online check-in was very well step-by-step explained. The room and the bathroom were clean, everything worked just fine.

It could be a bit inconvenient for some to have the private bathroom down the hallway from the bedroom (good not to forget to pack a pair of slippers), but it’s locked and it has the name of the room on the door. It has everything you need.

The location was amazing! In a beautiful historic building right in a town square. There are often many people hanging out outside of the building but we didn't mind the crowd. The room and bathroom were spacious and I felt very safe in the building. They also left toilet paper and clean towels in the hallway for us to take as needed as there isn't staff/housekeeping during the stay.

Great location in a historical building, the room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the high traditional ceilings and brick chevron style floor. The staff were lovely.

Shower was slightly blocked, water wasn’t draining properly and mattress was quite thin/using sheet instead of elastic mattress cover. The 40euro late check in fee is high, but understandable.

This place is in the real downtown, a few minutes from the main Cathedral. Even the accommodations was situated exactly on popular piazza which is a meeting point for friends. The room was very clear and despite the fact we had an external bath, it was only for us, just next to our room. Super nice and helpful staff, answered to all our questions. Even the small gesture, leaving a package of instant coffee was appreciated by us as there was a water heating pot in the room.

The view in the room is looking to the backyard, but this was not so important for us as we spent all the day out.

The location was very central, just a few minutes walk from the Piazza del Duomo. The self check-in was easy and the instructions given from the host were extremely clear. We visited Florence on a hot day in July and we were pleasantly surprised to find our room already cooled! Clean and overall value for money!

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location! Clean, large, comfortable room - loved walking that beautiful piazza in order to get to the room after a whole day exploring the city. Walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was situated in a historical building so it was an interesting experience, very spacious both the room and the bathroom. Very close to city center.

We didn't acrually meet any of the staff, but the contactless check in process went very smoothly. The bathroom is one level down, so you have to go down some stairs which are accesible from inside the room. It was no problem for us, but for a person with mobility issues might be a challange.

very spacious, bed was very comfortable room and bathroom was also warm, the bathroom was down stairs but didn’t bother us, the bath was amazing was super big, amazing location so close to the centre and some amazing restaurants all around, also easy to find and easy self check in

can get noisy during the day due to it being on a historic centre all noise was gone by 10 however, wasn’t sure which suite was ours but just had to try the different key pads

Check in system is awful took me ages to do with the website crashing, insisted I pay before arrival on some dodgy looking external site, I refused and was able to pay on arrival, overall the check in system is supposed to speed things up but ended up wasting loads of my holiday time when I'm the one paying for the accommodation imo they should be the ones doing all the check in! The room was advertised as an external bathroom but it was on the other end of the corridor so had to walk past other rooms to get to which was quite annoying. Fridge in room also didn't work which was annoying.

absolutely insane location! we were literally sleeping 50m away from Michelangelo’s David🤩 the building itself is very old and features amazing architecture

due to the fact that the building is old, it emphasizes all the sounds. this in combination with thin walls is making even the quietest neighbors super loud. also be aware that there’s no cleaning that could be an issue for a longer stay. also check-in process was somehow long and confusing
