Very helpful staff. Very very helpful. Very basic room. Loved that the little fridge had a small freezer compartment since I always need to freeze an ice pack for medication. Breakfast that was included was basic but really tasty and fulfilled what you needed. The train to the airport is literally almost just across the street from it. The main train station to other cities 100m away. I believe there was a Hertz right next door to it.

Very close to the property you have to walk past a different train station and there are about 60-100 people standing out there at night making you feel very unsafe and uncomfortable like if they wanted to swarm you, it would 100% not end up well for you. I had to do a detour every time I wanted to walk towards sightseeing or the Mercado.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Excellent location 3 minutes from the central railway station. The reception is very friendly and helpful staff. Many people write about old uncomfortable and shabby furniture, but in our room was very comfortable and new bed, the rest of the furniture is not new, but it is normal. We had a broken door to the balcony, but the next morning everything was fixed. Cleaning every day, on the second day in the room changed the linen. Hearing is quite strong, but it was not an inconvenience. We had breakfasts included - it was a mini buffet: croissants, bread, yogurt with additives, various cheese and meat cuts, tea, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything is fresh and tasty. At the reception you can leave your things after check-out. I recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in Florence for a few days.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the must-see attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and having a 24-hour reception was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!”

While the hotel offers a prime location and comfortable amenities, I found it challenging to locate upon arrival. Clearer directions and better signage would greatly enhance the guest experience, as navigating to the entrance felt somewhat like a maze.

Location from the railway station was approximately 10 minutes walk. Although it is not quite clear where the entrance to the hotel was, we had to ask for assistance to find it. A sign on the outside street would help. However, we were greeted warmly once we arrived. We had a decent sized room & spacious bathroom & the bed was comfortable. Breakfast consisted of a nice selection of continental foods.

Only thing would have been a clearer sign noting hotel location. We had street address but it was hard to find entrance.

Staff is very kind and helpful, provides readily detailed information.

The bathroom ( in room 202)is not well maintained: -the lid on the toilet is dangerously loose and moves -shower does not provide satisfactory water pressure -the sink clogs always when one is using it, unless with less water The european standard wall sockets are only two and remote from bed. Visitors prefer them close to bed, to charge mobiles.

Location was ideal for getting in on a late train to Florence as it was right around the corner from the station. We were able to find the hotel fairly easily. It was on the second floor of the building, but there was an elevator for convenience with multiple bags. Upon arrival the concierge gave us one key and the codes needed to enter the building. The room was a queen (double) and a twin on the side. Perfect for 3 people. Breakfast was included. When we checked out, we were able to leave our bags while we spent a few more hours in town which ultimately made this a great place to stay for us. Thanks Arcadia & staff!

The shower doors in our bathroom didn't keep the water in so we had to use some of the towels after showering to make sure the floor was dry. The Hotel room felt a little outdated, but the pictures are realistic.

The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us to get taxi when needed and showed us good places to go. It was my first time in Florence and for sure if I return there once more I would stay in the same hotel. Thanks for your assistance and keep up the good work

The only draw back that I found was that the lift is an old type, semi automatic and if they leave it partially opened the lift will not work, that's the only draw back. One last thing if on the external they make a bigger sign for new comers to identify immediately the Hotel Aracadia location it would be superb.

We stayed in a three beds room for 1 night. The room was very spacious. There was more than enough place to lay out all our luggage and dry our umbrellas. I like the reading desk setup. With a power outlet close the reading desk, we can leave all our electronic devices on the desk and charge them easily. Front desk person was super friendly, gave us a quick explanation of the city and a map. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of varieties. Their coffee machine has a "latte" option, ie hot milk, which I enjoyed so much. Close to train station too. Walkable distance to all tourist spots.

The staff was very friendly. It was very clean as the clean lady came every day to tide up our room. The location is excellent, near the central station and 10 minutes from the city center. The breakfast was good. We had all the amenities we needed.

The variety of the food on on the breakfast, every dau the exactly same thing :) a little bit hard for a seven nights stay

I loved how I could open the windows. The weather was great, and at night, it was quite enough to keep the windows open all night. Unfortunately, I got mosquito bites on my face ☹️ For Italy, the beds were comfortable. Also, for Italy, the breakfast was good. The Cornetti were very fresh and yummy 😋 The staff was very nice as well.

So I have traveled all over Italy for the last 2 years and Italian hotels are not good in general, with that said in comparison to other Italian hotels, this hotel is great! I plan to book here again when I visit Florence- my favorite Italian city 🥰
