We had a wonderful stay at Il Dromedario Bed and Breakfast. The room and common areas were impeccably clean, which made everything feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city centre and conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with any questions or needs, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

We loved staying here. It was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our whole trip. The room is very secure and private, and the staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They even prepared breakfast early for us so we could have something to eat before catching our next train. The room is large, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again because the price, quality, and service was above and beyond!

We honestly have no complaints about our stay here. It was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable room to enjoy while exploring the city.

The room was very spacious and clean. It is 10 min walk from train station and 15-20 min walk from the center. We stayed at double room and it had two wardrobes, a sofa, a drawer. The apartment has an elevator though it was small it did the work. There is no kettle inside the room but it is available in the shared kitchen area. Breakfast was basic and fine: tea, coffee, pastry, butter, cheese, fruits. The host was very attentive and kind. We arrived at 10 pm and he welcomed us after check in time. It is possible to leave luggage for free after check out.

Our room window was looking at street and rails so it was a bit noise at night because of trains but it was not a big issue to sleep.

Andrea our host, was very helpful and friendly. He was waiting for us to arrive and showed us to our apartment. Location was good. Very close to the train station. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. 2 beds were in the loft so a little tricky getting to the washroom at night. There is a "small" lift to get upstairs with luggage. Breakfast was included every morning in the dinning area. Andrea would make coffee however you would like it.

The location is fantastic. Walkable distance to the centre and most sites, tram round the corner to the airport and centre - train station a short walk away. We stayed in a spacious family room with a great bed. Andrea is exceptional and catered to what we needed with a 6/7 month old baby - access to electric kettle and microwave. Was always on hand for assistance. A really pleasant stay!

It's very close to the dual carriageway and tramline so can get a bit noisy and irritating overnight with noise of traffic.

Very nice unit. Comfortable beds, air conditioned, very nice bathroom with lovely showering facilities. Stylish throughout. Breakfast included and was very tasty. Very attentive host, and the entire check-in and check out procedure was very smooth, and there was never any confusion. In addition, there was also a baggage deposit service where we could leave our bags while awaiting our train service to our next stop. Highly recommended. I would rate this accommodation 15 out of 10 if I could. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Florence.

The room is clean, and there is a good and balanced variety of food for breakfast. Andrea is very friendly and helpful. The place is also located near attractions so that most places could be reached by walking.

The place is close to the train station, so there would be some noise at night. However, this is totally fine given the convenient location.

Reasonably priced property. 5 min walk from train station and 10-15min walk to all the popular sites in Florence. Breakfast included was sufficient. Spacious room with plenty of storage. Kids loved their own beds in the loft area. Owner was always very attentive making sure that our stay was pleasant. Her also gave us some suggestions for dining and kids activities.

Heater for room didn't work great so we did have to use an extra blanket during one of the cooler nights. Pillows were thin and not very supportive.

I’ll Dromedario is housed in a historic building, built around 1850 to 1870. When the B&B rooms were constructed, the original 1860-ish Italian floor tiles were painstakingly removed to allow for the construction & repiping of the bathrooms for the rooms, and then carefully reinstalled. The rooms are magnificent with vaulted ceilings and updated bathrooms. We loved our stay here and very much appreciated and extend our grateful thanks to Andrea. The breakfast was more than we anticipated with coffee, tea, juices, different breads, sweet croissants, fruit, cereal, yogurt, salami and cheese. The building is a short walk to the train station and about a 15-18 minute walk to the Duomo and museums. All in all, it was quite a perfect stay.

Property is stunning, clean and comfortable, beautiful breakfast , great location. Andrea was the best host, making sure we were comfortable and assisting us in directions of where to eat . You can hear the tram’s and traffic outside but did not worry us as we are in busy Florence Could not recommend staying here enough
