We stayed in an new appartment which was well-equiped and very clean. Angela had switched on the airco before our arrival. Even before we arrived, we received a very handy document with practical tips and guidance. Angela was always available to make reservations at nice restaurants. The swimming pool is amazing and we really appreciated the EV- charging point. Easy access to Firenze. Would definitely stay here again

Soooo peaceful and the breakfast in bed was the perfect cherry on top! I loved the private balcony looking out onto nature - was so quiet and bed was very comfy :)

There was a lot of bugs in the room - not from uncleanliness but from the situation in nature which I don’t mind but perhaps a bug net on the window/door could help with this and make it evennnn more relaxing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at L’Alberocasa Ecoresidence. The location is great, close to Florence yet surrounded by nature, making it easy to combine sightseeing with relaxation. It was a great stop during our family road trip. The swimming pool is absolutely awesome, beautifully maintained, and a great spot to cool off after a day in the city. The residence is peaceful, eco-friendly, and very comfortable. A wonderful place for families or couples – we would definitely come back!

The place is amazing in a relaxing area surrounded by greenery and mountains. It is very calming and beautiful to wake up to. The lady who welcomed us was super nice and gracious.

There was a lot of noise during the night, mosquitos and there was work getting done just outside the hotel. Mainly the noise at night was what kept us awake, cracking of wood and tapping

Great stop on the way north just off the highway (very close to the highway but it was barely heard at all). Owner is very kind and we were also able to check-in very late, due to late arrival with ferry to livorno. Kitchen conveniently equipped for simple meals, nice bonus for this mini apartment for the price of a normal room. Pool is very calming and the area is very special.

As is summer in the countryside, there were also many ants that quickly reach any tiny crumbs you may leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful establishment, nestled within the stunning, quiet hills surrounding Florence. The property itself was perfect: modern, spacious, clean, quiet, beautiful and with all the necessary amenities (both kitchen and hygiene related). For those requiring entertainment: netflix was also available. For those who rather enjoy being entertained by the landscape: there's no shortage of that, as the views are breathtaking. The property is just a stones throw away from Florence, and is managed by a very welcoming host, who additionally provided us with excellent advice on which cities to visit in the surrounding region, as well as tips on how to enter the Florence city center comfortably and without incurring extra costs (we were travelling through Italy by car). On the topic of transport: as we were travelling by car, one of our main concerns was parking. This is certainly not a concern here, as this property has ample parking space. We could not recommend this property enough. So much so, we plan to return here in the future.

Everything was up to (and frequently beyond) standard

The place is beautiful, they were very nice, and the facility has all the needed accessories. Great for family with children or for those who want a place they can cook.

The bad weather we had so we couldn't experience the sunny view.

Everything was as expected. Angela and Otello were absolutely wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean, and the pool was very clean. The place is located outside the city, away from urban noise. If you like places outside the city, I recommend visiting this place. Many thanks to Mr. Otello and his wife Angela.

Great calm location! Loved that the TV could be spun around for watching from both the bed and living room areas.

Rusty terrace should be addressed. Would have been nice to have a rack to dry the wet kitchenware. We had to use the kitchen counter… Soap dispenser in shower was empty.

Beautiful setting, nice atmosphere. Modern houses, nice people, flawless check-in.

A bit noisy for my taste. Unfortunately the main road and the motorway is also close, so you always can hear a light background noise.
