The location was perfect! Just a short train ride away from Naples, walking distance to the shoreline or the herculaneum, and in a quiet little town that felt like a home away from home. The host, Paola, was amazing and was constantly checking in to ensure that our every need was met. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious, with double-high ceilings and a lofted bed, it felt more like a large appartment than a simple B&B. There were a plethora of snacks left for us to enjoy, and value that we got here was unmatched on our trip. We would highly recommend staying here and expect that we will return in the future. Ideally placed geographically, we chose this B&B for its location and facilities: 1. 20 minute walking distance to Herculaneum Archeological site 2. 10min walk from the accommodation to Portici-Erculano station + 20 minute train ride to Pompeii Archeological site. 3. 20 minute walking distance to the Mount Vesuvius bus meeting/ticket point 4. Abundance of restaurants/takeaways/supermarkets in the locality - several tasty gelaterias The owner is very friendly and loaned us a very useful umbrella for the sun/rain - I don’t know why we didn’t bring one. Provided a lovely bottle of wine. Provided local knowledge you cannot put a price on: 1. Recommended several restaurants and booked one for us. 2. Offered to book a taxi for us, but we wanted to try the train/bus. 3. Advised the way to local places such as Herculaneum Excellent facilities: air conditioning, strong WiFi, good shower, espresso coffee machine available + tea available in the room, fridge to keep the milk/water cool, drinkable water, a large TV (although we didn’t use it). Comfortable bed. It has everything you would need. A home from home and we were lucky to find availability. If you schedule less than 3 days to see Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii and Herculaneum you will only get a taste of the UNESCO world heritage sites here and miss out on the full experience. Highly recommended.

The weather can be unpredictable, so you have to have plan for this - should have brought an umbrella, and a small bag for the archeological sites.

Very convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Easy to get to the train station, easy to get to Pompeii, easy to get Airport, good location for restaurants and an easy walk to the harbor. Not full of Tourists but still not isolated either. Shops, cafe, wine store, groceryStores. very enjoyable.

A great place to stay. Decent size rooms that are clean and appear to be recently modernised. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the town square. You could sit there and watch the Italians go about their business. The host provided us with a free bottle of Wine and snacks as we checked in. A lovely touch. The bed was comfortable, air conditioner was installed to make you room comfortable to the right temperature. The train station was only a 5 minute walking distance. Naples and Pompeii with in easy commute and cheap too. Only £3.40 for both of us. The breakfast consisted of cereals, breads, butter and Jam and cakes which we took with us to Pompeii to have later. Milk, juice and coffee were placed in the fridge, adjacent to the tea making facilities. Would I stay here again, its a definite YES. Than you for making our stay enjoyable.

Even though the station is only 5 minutes away, the cobbled stone pavement and road would make it difficult to pull the suitcases. This has nothing to do with the hotel though.

Everything was wonderful, the accommodation is really nice and clean, the location is great there are good restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, it is a short walk from the train station and close to Napoli and Pompei. Paola, the owner is very attentive and helpful, she provided us with good advices. Grazie mille per tutto!! 😃

We spent almost a week here and it felt like home. Paola is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met! She was very polite and helped us to organize some of our trips. 10/10 would recommend this place. The price was totally fine - with breakfast, coffee … If we had any question, Paola was reachable within 5 minutes. We would stay 100% a second time. Great location on the piazza with plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping and beach within walking distance. My friend's are from nearby so it was perfect for me

Would have preferred coffee machine in the room rather than in the communal space, but not a deal breaker.

We booked a quadruple room which was more like an apartment. There was a fridge with milk, juice and other goodies along with tea and coffee making facilities. Our hostess, Paula was very helpful and welcoming . The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent near lots of good restaurants and cafes .An excellent base to explore the delights of Naples and Herculaneum.A real home from home , highly recommended.

everything was great from the first moment. Paola is excellent host and she made our stay at her place amazing. Apartment is in the middle, between the city centre and Pompeii so it is a great choice if you are up to exploring the popular locations. Everything was very clean and tidy, and she was at our disposal for all of our questions. Across the apartment there is a pizza shop and cake shop which we found very convenient. We will certainly come back!
