I’ve traveled a lot, but I have never experienced such incredible hospitality as I did at this hotel. The entire staff was unbelievably kind, caring, and always made sure we felt completely at home. A very special thank you to Marco and Antonio🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️, who were absolutely amazing. Their warmth, professionalism, and positivity made all the difference and truly elevated our experience. It was so wonderful that we didn’t want to go back home! This trip has honestly been one of the best I’ve ever had, all thanks to the incredible team. Service and rooms are good. Good location to see the nearby ancient cities and Pompeii.

It looks very tired. There was some maintenance made during our stay so I hope it becomes better. Location is not good at all for old people, people on wheelchairs or parents with kids in buggies. The street where hotel is looks like ancient street in Pompeii since it is made of big stones. There is no flat coverage and pavement is made also from big stones without any descending. It was very difficult to walk this street for my mother, so reaching to the nearby restaurants is a problem.

Plenty of space in the rooms, rooms were very clean and housekeeping did an exceptional job. Facilities were easy to use and always clean. Staff were attentive and very friendly, would reccommend to anyone who wants to visit Ercolano!

Would be useful to have a guide in the room pointing out the location of local amenities as hard to find a supermarket for example

The hotel itself is beautiful, really well done. The grounds were well kept and pleasant to walk around in. The room was huge, with very high vaulted and painted ceilings. Large bathroom / sitting room. Giant doors, a very large private terrace with an amazing view of the sea and the grounds. The room was kept at a very comfortable temperature also. It's a short walk to Herculaneum, and there are some nice restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk as well. Amazing staff, always went above and beyond.

We ate dinner at the restaurant on our first night, it was rather disappointing. Service was great, but all of the food came out cold (food which should have been hot). Breakfast was also a bit underwhelming, but I think it's just typical Italian breakfast. The actual food items were of good quality.

This was a spontaneous booking for our wedding anniversary. We were staying at another hotel that was very nosey and wanted a quieter location. Hotel Signorini is a beautiful charming and historical Italian hotel. I originally booked a standard room, but was delighted to be able to upgrade to a Junior Suite. The room was magnificent, extremely large with high ceilings and three massive shuttered windows, really made our anniversary memorable. The dinner was wonderful with a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The pool area was small but intimate with a nice pool bar area serving food quality lunch food and drinks. The hotel has vast amounts of historical Italian charm. They were having a live show and dinner event so there was a huge stage being set up during our stay, but it did not spoil our experience.

Nothing would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights in June and it was fabulous. Great for Herculaneum and also Pompeii and Vesuvius. We stayed in a Suite which overlooked the road and also the mountain. We did not have breakfast or eat there. Room was huge and well equipped. The station for Naples is about 10 mins walk away and very convenient. There are also quite a few options for restaurants walking towards the station. Easy to get to Naples - 4 stops.

Amazing staff so friendly and supportive, this really made the holiday. Excellent breakfast and restaurant, a beautiful building in good location near the train station and small port. Easy to get into Naples on the train and lots see and explore in the area.

Nothing at all with the property, we did book some trips that were not very successful.

Bathroom a little tired, but not a deal breaker, the staff and overall atmosphere shone through.

The property is beautiful. Lovely rooms maintaining the historic appearance but with modern comfort. The restaurant was wonderful. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is very centrally located and convenient but there’s really nothing else around there. This is why we ate in their hotel both nights, thankfully it was very good and reasonably priced. Walking distance from the train for us, but some may find it too far. Walking distance to Herculeum and the bus for Mt Vesuvius. Neither of those have much around them either. Quick train ride to Pompeii where there’s more going on. Disappointed that the pool had not been cleaned yet for spring.

The rooms were lovely and spacious. The building is very grand with beautiful gardens and a nice pool area. The breakfast was good and the restaurant very good standard.

The location of Ercolano is shabby and run down. There isn’t much to do in the area apart from the Herculaneum. It is very expensive to get taxis. The trains are difficult to navigate but cheap enough if they are running properly.
