Great location, Train station was 5 mins walk and Herculaneum was a short walk down the main road. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was across the road, standard sweet options + coffee/tea. Balcony overlooked a quiet carpark and was a nice place to sit and have a coffee/wine.

No lift. Vending machines outside on the streets stocked with adult products. Area had a feel of 'Kings Cross' or a red light district. Was safe at night though so it was not a problem for us and there were great places to eat close by.

Freshly renovated apartment with a quality beds, linens and shower. Room is spacey and shower is big. Free toiletries. The hist is nice and is running his business right nextdoors and is easy accesible if any questions. The breakfast is simple but very tasty coffee and pastries at the cafe on the opposite side of the street. This is the best B&B we have experiences in Ercolano area in the past years and we would come back again. We were happy to get early check in and leave our luggage to go to explore Sorrento and area. Good quality Wireless Internet and a desk to sit with a computer,. Nice terace facing a street or inyard.

Everything worked out well

Lovely room and bathroom. A little tight for four adults but superb for couple or two adults with smaller children. Lovely and cool, secure. Facilities all close to hand. Clean, comfortable, close to the ruins and also to the Circumvesuviano station, easy access onto Naples/ Pompeii. Recommended if you want to be by the ruins of Herculaneum, and have easy access to Pompeii by train, and prefer to be a little out of Naples itself.

Nothing really. Access to the small balcony would have been nice, but it is a busy built up area so not a major deal really !

The host was excellent, very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Firstly there is a music button in the toilet which isn't only amusing but very practical. Every home should have one. Secondly the standard of the room was very good , the presentation was immaculate and it had everything you could need even a balcony with a black out blind. Great nights sleep lovely comfortable bed and quiet area perfect for visiting nearby Pompeii and even closer was Herculaneum. Excellent transport links. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

The room was large with a comfortable table for using a laptop. The lighting in the room was amazing. Also, it's nicely located near the train station. The room also featured a convenient wardrobe, perfect for keeping everything organized

The bathroom was always wet and the heated towel rail wasn't working, so the towels remained damp. Also, if you don't eat sweets, there aren't many options for breakfast.

Everything! The location was perfect to see Herculaneum, it was also close to the station. The host was friendly, and paitient as we don't speak Italian. The room was exceptionally clean and there were lots of additional things that made the room special such as music and lighting.

We couldn't find any WiFi, but can't remember if it was advertised as having WiFi before - just make sure your phone has a data connection if required

The host is incredibly nice and helpful! The appartment is clean. The bed is comfortable as well as the shower. There is a mini fridge in the apartment to store some drinks and food.

There were no vegan options for breakfast, only a croissant and coffee. That might be the only thing that can be improved in the future but other than that we had an amazing stay!

The room was very nice, tasteful and absolutely clean!It is very close to the railway station and to the Ercolano scavi, as well. And just opposite, there is a very nice bistro, "bistrot Italia" The host was very nice, kind, willing to serve us when we needed his help. This B &B is a very good choice!

Host was excellent. Location perfect.for ruins and trips to Pompeii and Capua. Really liked the town of Ercolano. The room was clean and could not have asked for more.

The location of this B&B is fantastic! Also, the room and en-suite are spotless and you feel like your in a smart modern hotel. The room has everything you need. The shower is great too, felt really luxurious after a long day sightseeing. I loved the entrance /lobby to the B&B, the decor and floor tiles give a warm, cheerful homely feel. The host Francesco is very helpful, always greets you with a smile and a big Ciao! Enjoyed my stay very much. It was perfect!! Breakfast is across the street in a cafe/restaurant. Breakfast is a choice of either a croissant, filled warm doughnut or traditional Italian tea/cake with a coffee of your choice. It’s enough to give you a head start in the morning, as I new my 2 day stay was going to be pretty full on. I chose this location because I wanted to visit Herculaneum, I was incredibly happy to discover that the historical site is literally 5 mins down the road. The B&B is also only 5mins from Ercolono train station, where you can also take the train to Pompeii direct and Sorrento direct. From the train station there is also excellent return bus transfers to Vesuvius ( and other tours should you prefer). I loved that there was a supermarket nearby, lots of cafes and small restaurants and the pizza locally amazing!

I loved everything about this property - only, one small issue… I found the mattress a little hard. But, that’s just my preference, not to say anyone else might feel like I did.
