Excellent place for people like me, who are not too keen on staying in Naples. Super location for Herculanum ruins (10 min walk) and for the bus to Vesuvio as well as the train to Pompei (both 5 min). The rooms are spacious and clean, one is with a private bathroom, while the remaining 2 bedrooms share another bathroom. There is also a spacious kitchen, even if we only used the fridge. Everything is well organised and you get all the information you need. A simple Italian breakfast (cappuciono+croissant) at a friendly cafe 50 meters away is included, and pizza at Luna Caprese (directly opposite) is fantastic and cheap, no need to look for fancier places if you want to enjoy a simple tasty dinner. Overall a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Two minor issues worth keeping in mind: 1. Although our bathroom was private, it was actually outside the room, right next door. This is not clear on booking.com, so I thought I would mention it for future guests, although this was no problem for us, we felt private enough throughout our stay. 2. Also I suggest you spend some time getting acquainted with the train schedules, as the information is random and it is not always clear which train goes where. Also, not all of them stop at Ercolano Scavi so inquire before boarding. We learnt that the most reliabe way is to check with a staff member before boarding. One of them is always on board in the first carriage and they know best. Once you work that out it is easy enough to get to Pompei, Sorrento or Naples.

The location is perfect which is 5 mins walk from either the train station or the herculaneum archaeology park. The price includes breakfast offered by a coffee shop opposite of the house. The bedroom and the toilet are very clean.The host is very nice and waited me at the time when I arrived at Ercolano. I love this small town and next time I will stay here.

It was central and breakfast was provided by the cafe opposite which was very nice. It was clean and well cared for.

I had seen on the pictures that there was a bunk bed in the room so I assumed that my sister and I could sleep in separate beds. Unfortunately those beds were not made up and as we hadn't asked before, we had to share bed. Luckily it was very big. We couldn't sleep with the window open as the street outside was covered by stone which was immensely noisy with the cars passing.

Positioned 5 min on foot from the train station and numerous restaurants, 5-10 min from the archeological site and museum. Staff were really nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, had very efficient airconditioning, served as a wonderful refuge during my stay. Breakfast was served at a small restaurant across the street, I got a pastry of choice and a cappuccino, all treally tasty. The owner and his father-in-law were really accomodating to my plans the day I had to leave.

Bathroom located outside of room. Since the place is a big appartment turned into AirBnB style accomodation, you are closer quarters to people booking another room than you would be at a hotel. The first night I was surprised to hear 2 men arrive who were booking the other room, but otherwise had 0 issue, I didn't even see them the entire stay. Because of this though, make sure you respect the quiet hours so you don't disturb others, and check that the key to your room and your bathroom lock properly (owner's father-in-law did this when he greeted me on arrival). I recommend you have some € cash (4€ in 2022 May) to pay the city tax at arrival (I had cash, so this was not an issue for me).

We had a breakfast coupons every morning for a brioche and a coffee, we were happy about this. We chose to stay here because it is a more economic location than Napoli itself while it's closer to Ercolano and Pompeii. Ercolano and Circumvesuviana are both 5 mins away by foot. Right across the BnB there is a very good pizzeria. The owner was very kind and nice. We had AC in the room.

It would've been nice if the kitchen was useable.

Nice owners, clean and good apartment, train station for center of Napoly and Pompeii, Vesuvio 400m from apartment,many restorants nearby. Exellent !

as we arrived the host was allready waiting for us, she was really friendly and helpful. the room (vulcano) was huge, we had AC, WiFi and a TV in the room. bathrooom to share but that’s not a big deal. always again

Great location, a few meters away from Ercolano Scavi. Host is great and very reachable, welcome was fantastic and super friendly. Very quiet place, ideal for a couple nights to discover Ercolano and Reggia di Portici Museum. I highly recommend
