Lovely property overlooking the bay. Rooms have balconies and the breakfast is fantastic!! Staff was exceptional in service and friendliness. Luca, the manager was delightful and helpful.

The location was perfect for walking into town. The beach club was outstanding. We were able to take advantage of the beach chairs directly on the beach. Stunning view and so private. The beach club restaurant had an equally lovely view. The staff was always attentive and charming. Made us feel at home!

Restaurant reservations were made upon arrival. We had discussed three reservations, though dinner on last night never confirmed. There was a last minute search - a challenge on a Saturday night. In the end we were able to get into a restaurant so all fine. The staff throughout the process was always eager to help. When we checked out I hadn’t realized our reservation included breakfast. Would have appreciated being reminded of that upon checking in. The hotel restaurant was a disappointment. While we appreciated the attempt at inventive food, it just didn’t deliver. The hotel didn’t seem to be full. Might have been nice to have an upgrade if that was the case!

This was hands-down the best service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The staff went above and beyond from start to finish—especially when we had a major issue with our rental car. They took care of everything and made sure we could still enjoy the local towns without a car. The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The beach club is fantastic, breakfast and drinks were top-notch, and the location strikes the perfect balance—close to town but peaceful and tucked away.

La Roqqa is a chic new restaurant in a small fishing village. The hotel is beautifully + stylishly appointed with a very cool beach club. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The beds and pillows are the best, we slept very well at La Roqqa. An easy walk down to the fishing port/marina to access bars and restaurants. We had an early start on our departure day so could not have breakfast at the hotel, so they arranged for a boxed breakfast which was very generous!

Nothing. Porto Ercole is a small village so not a lot to do there which is perfect for hanging out at the beach club when the weather is sunny. We had one rainy day and struggled to find much to do in the village but had we pre-arranged a day trip out to Tuscany hills it would have been ideal (hotel can arrange) but at short notice this was not possible.

The staff was very attentive, and service was excellent.

1. Diana who greeted us and was very attentive and lovely, didn’t mentioned the restaurant hours for breakfast, which was included in our reservation. 2. The Isoloto Beach Club was very nice, but I was expecting an easier way to get in the water for swimming. 3. We had dinner at Scirocco restaurant and dinner was mostly good. The antipasto we had, which was a substitution of a seasonal item, was not good. Lacked of flavor.

Fantastic location in a beautiful harbour town. The staff were all really lovely , the bed so comfortable and the view from our room exceptional. We loved the beach club as well and the complimentary bus that took us there and back. Breakfast was divine with great choice and they were very helpful with my gluten free requirements. Would love to stay again one day! A really great stay - and our dog enjoyed it as well. She was spoilt rotten by everyone at the hotel !

The roof top restaurant was a joy every morning, fabulous view, wonderful menu and stunning decor.

The private beach club was delayed in reopening post storm damage repairs. Hotel guests were forced to use the much lesser lotto beach club next door. It was a disappointing compromise to what in every other way was a truly first rate Italian resort.

The restaurant was good, though overpriced. Service was fantastic. Incredible views from room and beautiful interior design/architecture. Staff was waiting on you hand and foot. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is for locals, very few tourists.

The restaurant menu should be enriched with more options, for both beach club and the rooftop hotel. Internet is also a little weak for a 5star hotel

Great new Hotel at Porto Ercole with modern clean design, stunning view over town and great staff. La Roqqa has the potential to drive the development of the entire town.

The hotel in the beginning was not so flexible for a family visit. But after some correspondence things worked out perfectly fine.
