We picked the larger room option with a kitchen, it was perfect, spacious, clean and Tomasso - the manager - was exceptionally friendly, kind and understanding. Very easy to reach the best beaches, Tomasso gave all the support & guidance what we needed. We had a car, so it was easy for us, but also you can rent a bike. We saw the smaller rooms as well, they also looked very good. Recommended, We will return. Thank you Tomasso!

We liked everything

Great location in the historical center of Orbetello. Warm welcome and a list with the restaurants, received by our host Tommaso. We could also leave the luggage later than the announced check out hour, which was very convinient, as the transport as late in the afternoon. Quick response to all questions we had. Would deffinitely reccomend if you intend to visit Orbetello.

Not enough daylight in the room we had, but it was not a problem, as we were busy outside the accomodation during the day and it maybe good for the hot summer months, preventing from the summer heat

need better instructions for arriving to location and for collecting keys to the apartment. should install either a recliner or small sofa for relaxing while in the unit, there is only the bed. Lots of recommendations provided via whatsapp, but could be consolidated and left as a guest info packet in the unit.

Excellent 1 bedroom suite! Loved everything about the apartment, it was clean, beautiful, excellent location! Loved the bathroom (shower is powerful!) and bedroom, there was aircon, the kitchenette was super helpful! Spacious with such a lovely feel to the apartment. Tomasso was super helpful and lovely, very responsive to our queries and even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station. Would absolutely come back here again!

Nothing it was perfect, wish we could have stayed for longer

The house is very nicely decorated and located in the center of Orbetello. We had everything we needed + Tommaso was a great host and shared a bunch of recommendations for breakfast, drinks and meals in the area. He also shared very useful tips on which beaches to go to. 100% recommend!

Tomasso, the host, waited for me with all the necessary and clear instructions, along with a long list of local recommendations, which were very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, the WiFi worked perfectly, and there was even a card reserved for free parking.

Everything was great!

We stayed only for one night but it was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, no noise at all. The bathroom was nice. We received great recommendations for restaurants and bars, places worth to visit. We were happy and pleased with our stay.
