Wonderful host Ashley who reserved a car space for when we arrived later than expected. Breakfast although it was the same each day was lovely and fresh. Great view from the rooftop but also from our room. Did the tuk tuk trip with Stefano which was wonderful. Ashley rescued us when my husbands mobility scooter broke down on the way back up the hill and picked us up in a van.

Parking was interesting as we had a larger car and there was only street parking

Friendly and helpful staff. View of the bay from my room and from the terrace was spectacular. Reasonable walk down to the waterfront with a large selection of restaurants (but somewhat strenuous walk back after dinner). Great bar nearby with excellent espresso. Free parking within a few blocks (on the street). Breakfast was excellent. Wifi worked well. Air conditioning worked well. Bedding was just right (not too heavy like so many places these days)

The room is a bit small; the bathroom door just clears the little desk. In-room safe is too small to hold a laptop. Shower is a tight fit and would not work for someone of large girth. Initial sign-on to the wifi was a bit of a pain. Stairway was blocked for two days while they installed a mosaic decoration.

They have good bikes for rent. It suites very good to the trails around the peninsula. The staff at the hotel was so helpful. Ashley explained everything I needed and helped me a lot with bike and routes for riding. The room was very clean. It had everything I needed, even a table for work.

Thin walls between rooms. You hear every sound from the neighbors bathroom. Little choice for breakfast. It is the same every day. I would like to have smth different, especially on a long stay.

Simple, but clean and well located to reach the centre of the village on foot. Beautiful terrace on top where to relax any time of the day. Staff is always very helpful. We rented e-bikes from the hotel to tour Argentario on check-out day and could stop to swim along the way - once back we were offered towel and access to a shower - priceless!

Difficult to park, but the staff is helpful in accompanying guests to find a spot if done during the operating hours of their “concierge” service.

Breakfast was very good, excellent local products and homemade pastry and cakes. Staff was very kind and helpful in advising and booking the restaurant for dinner.

Shower box in our room was very old. Parking in that area is extremely difficult though the staff helps you in finding a solution.

Everything about the hotel and the service was exceptionally Good! Great breakfast, beautiful view at the terrace on top floor. Francesca from the front desk was so nice in waiting for us late at night, she speaks english and was so much easier to communicate. she even send a driver to take my husband to where he could park and drove him back! Thats great Service!! Thank Francesca!! Everything was Fabulous!

We loved everything!!

Very clean room with sea view. Staff were helpful especially Ashleigh on the front desk. Breakfast was exceptionally good with Greek yogurt, honey, fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese and homemade tarts and cakes.

Room was a little on the small side. Shower cubicle was very small making showering difficult.

We were there during off season. It would probably be different if the twin was full. We really enjoyed the deck and location to the store across the street. Having two bathrooms was very nice too.

It was high on a hill away from the water.

Very convenient location in Porto Santo Stefano. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was super tasty with a vast selection of food and included homemade cakes and desserts. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Porto Santo Stefano.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were travelling with a baby and got a baby bed to the room and good service for him as well. Also the breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. Renting bikes was easy and they were in very good condition.

It was very difficult to find a parking spot even though we got some help from the staff.
