One day...I was one day and was enough to enjoy the amazing environment, good vibes and professionality of the entire staff!!! You should try the restaurant...ask for squid and you will fall in love how is cooked!! The location is amazing, you can breathe the entire Maremma all around the Hotel! I will back soon!!!

Great location with access to the sea from a rock platform (with steps) as well as a pool. All of the staff were exceptional, went out of their way to be helpful. Everything was spotless. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Limited facilities in the rooms (no kettle, coffee maker or iron).

stunning views. also we got stranded in a local town during a storm, couldn’t get a taxi, so the concierge came out in his own car and picked us up. absolutely amazing service!

restaurant was a bit of a dingy corridor vibe in the evening. won’t matter during warmer months though as you can sit outside on the lush terrace

Great reception staff. We were upgraded to a wonderful seaview suite and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was a great location to go into the port or to Porto Ercole. We swam in the pool. Highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was sparce. Not refilled. Barely enough food for the guests. Tables not cleared. Only 2 staff people to clear tables, replace buffet and get coffee. I hope that management reads this and improves the breakfast. Everything else was fine.

The location and the private sun deck over the water was great.

The balcony wasn’t really a balcony to sit on - it has a massive Air con unit on it

We had no negative experiences. Put in you tennis shoes walking down to the beautiful picturesque dock on the Tehranian sea!

Mercure Argentario is beautifully set on a little hilltop overlooking the sea. Needless to say, it is truly magical. There are plenty of parking spaces around and you can access Porto San Stefano very quickly ( 5 minute drive). The hotel provided us with a large apartment which easily accommodated a family of 4. We also had access to a small terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast was good on a pretty terrace with sea views. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with cleaning ( our room could not be cleaned because the cleaning ladies could not access it due to a lost key). The hotel manager very swiftly responded to this problem and offered us a professional alternative. We were very grateful! I would definitely recommend this place in your next stay in Argentario.

The pool was closed and the surroundings of the hotel could be more 'clean'.

The hotel is ideally situated, only a 5 min journey from Porto Santo Stefano, where you have outstanding fish restaurants. The staff of the hotel is super friendly, it's like they are dealing with family. Seaside has a lovely terrass, with chairs and parasols, and from which you can immediately dive into the sea. There is even a lifeguard, Sweet Paula, who also serves coffee and drinks. The view is divine, it cannot get closer to paradise...
