Location of the property is great, Grocery store, pharmacy and drug store are around the corner. Restaurants, coffee shops and even children playground are in a walkable distance near the property. Ski-Bus that drives to the Sulden is just in front of the Hotel. Simply perfect. There are plenty of activities one can do with or without kids during the winter as well as in summer. Property owner was always there for any question we had and was always open for suggestions around restaurants, activities etc. Would definitely highly recommend this Village and especially property Pension & Residence Astoria.

The owner is friendly, easy to talk to, very attentive, and has good knowledge of and interesting things to say about the town. The location is excellent—in the center, right near the bus stop, and you get a guest pass to use the busses for free. There is no pool, but you get access to a pool nearby. I had work to do and loved the desk in the room. Wi-fi was excellent. The balcony was sunny and had a nice view. Great breakfast with really good coffee. There’s laundry machines you can use for five euro. I was also able to stay in the common area after checkout and continue to use the wo-fi until I left later in the afternoon. I stayed there for five nights in early April and had a great stay.

Was ok for reasonable price. The man at check in was waiting for us after contacted, even were able to get aperol at 22.00, we deserved :) Good value for a price, parking at the hotel, the town is small so shop or Conditorei is nearby. We slept 1 night during trip through Alps.

Something warm for breakfast would be nice. All beside this was ok for reasonable price.

Very charming hotel. The room had a lovely mountain view with a balcony and was a good size. We took the option when booking of including breakfast which was only 8 euros for the two of us. The village has restaurants close at hand and is ideal for visiting the Stelvio pass. The reception happily answered our meant queries about Stelvio. Would highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Really big and comfortable apartment with great view from terrace. Very kind and helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts and good coffee. Good base for cycling through the valleys and passes around.

Really lovely host and rooms were spotless. Lovely views, private parking garage available for small charge. Great bathroom, room was large and had kitchenette and table with chairs. Very modern and comfortable. Bars and shops within easy reach.

Spacious rooms, comfortable interior, fully equipped kitchen. Lockable bike room.

Dish washer liquid missing. One is asked to use the dish washer only when it is full (dish washer tabs are provided). But if you use only a plate, a knife and a cup then one would need dish washer liquid.

Very clean and comfy room with a friendly welcome from a family run business. Perfect location for cycle the Stelvio.

Us Brits need to remember a room with a kettle is a British thing 😀

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and lovely. Safe to park the bikes overnight. Perfect for doing the stelvio the next day. Fuel station nearby. Great breakfast.
