Nice, comfortable holiday apartment for the two of us in a holiday residence complex. All amenities for a comfortable stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Very quiet (at least while we were there in the low season). Large, green areas within the complex so not packed in. Private parking (but a bit of a walk to the apartment) Staff very friendly and professional. It was a good base for us to explore the region by bike.

Not much close by so need to drive for anything. Complex built in a kind of “cement bunker style“ probably 30+ years ago but ok and well-maintained.

The appartment was clean and comfortable. Everything was there. We were there for playing golf. Was close to the Punta Ala Golf course.

Nothing. Everything was fine! In the evening there was not really restaurants in walking distance but by car within 20 minutes you could reach nice places!

Maybe just that too many stairs to do with a stroller to reach the apartment

Comfortable bed. Nice view from living room.

The only thing is that we didn’t have a sponge to wash our dishes, and also there was no room cleaning daily.

Spacious, clean, large balcony. Fee paying beaches 10 min away on foot. Excellent free beach 2km away.

Bathroom door handle came off, but was soon fixed. Strange smell from curtains, were removed on our request. No dishwasher liquid, brush etc, you are expected to bring your own. Fridge is too small.

The beauty and quiet tranquility of the place. The apartment was light and had the kitchen utensils we needed. The outdoor blind was easy to use and came in handy when it rained. The place was comfortable

The room service was non existent. After two days the room should be serviced and the towels changed. The shower was very small and there was no place/ ledge to put soap, shampoo bottle etc. the place had Two Dollar Shop style shelving. Very basic and junky though served a purpose in the bathroom. No door numbers no exterior light so couldn’t see the key hole when opening the door. The lock itself needs servicing as it was very challenging to open. There is no washing machine in the unit but located in another part of the property. Coin payment was required but no facility to get coins. A long walk to the nearest shops. This needs to be updated as does the whole property.
