It was really amazing to stay here. When you stay in the outer building, then you will be brought there with a golf cart. Staff is very friendly and are always ready to help. The swimming pool is big and there are enough sun beds. You can even arrange with the hotel that they reserve some beds at the beach club. Food was also amazing in the restaurant! The spa area is not super big, just two sauna's. But still really nice that they have it. All in all, a perfect stay for the two of us! You can also golf there, but we don't like that.

We were here now at second time. Beautiful place and beautiful hotel with first class golf course. The assistance are very friendly and helpful. The pool is very good and clear. And the breakfast is delicious.

Everything was perfect.

The whole team did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible! Starting with a warm welcome at the front desk, personal greeting at the restaurant, a cosy room with golf view, an amazing Spa, motivating golf trainer... I could go on for hours. We travelled a lot and we have to say that the whole team lives customer service at its best. The find the right balance between service and privacy. The key here is, that the do it with heart! Starting from leadership and lived throughout the team. Last but not least, the restaurant and food is extraordinary. This is high class cuisine! Thank you again and we are looking forward staying at your hotel again!

Nothing. One of the best hotel experiences we had

The breakfast was great, we came little bit late, I think breakfast was available till 10:30 hence we could not enjoy everything bit there was selection of cakes, yoghurts, fruits, passtries and other. Throughout our 3 night stay in Italy this was our best breakfast.

View of the golf course is amazing and also the pool location and size was great

The property is very up together and clean, the staff are extremely polite and are always on hand when you need them. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and modern, they also have good aircon which is rare to find around the area.

Property was quiet but we did go out of season. Couldn’t fault anything else.

We liked the view, the food, it's quiet, we got upgraded to a bigger room, the staffs were very nice.

What we didn't like was we had to walk 2-3 minutes from our room to the main house. But it was okay, we could always tell them if we want a service from our room to the main house or vice versa.

Outstanding stay! We spent some days off in this wonderful place, thanks to a friend’s tip.. we definitely love Riva, that’s why we really recommend it! Friendly staff and nice room: this is the best place to stay at and discover the lovely Toscany countryside. Beautiful landscape, amazing food.. I mean: what an experience! Looking forward to come back soon.. you better not to miss it!

The breakfast & the room was extremely clean.

The bar shut very early (approx 7:30pm) so unless you were at the restaurant there was nowhere to get a drink. Pool area / sun beds could have been cleaner.

You will be very surprised with the very high quality of small details. The SPA was one of the best I’ve ever seen. The restaurant is delicious with overvalued food quality. But the Oscar goes to incredible staff..!! (Special thanks to Sara)

The staff were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the facilities were very new. We were able to use the spa and were given a free upgrade and free welcome drink on arrival.

Everything was great however the coffee for Italy was a little disappointing.
