I enjoyed the hotel overall, very aesthetic, comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing.They attended to all my needs. The first night I arrived very late and they helped me get a nearby restaurant and get a meal, I felt very greatful. The shower was amazing, they gave me all these Italian drinks & snacks in my room and I enjoyed trying something Italian for the first time. The breakfast was literal heaven, absolutely delicious, certainly value for money.

It was too far location wise, it was suggested on booking.com being close to the event I was attending, it was almost 1h30min away with lots of walking to the train station. I was very frustrated and had to use taxi a lot. It was also far from the city center in general.

this is one of the bigger hotels we stayed, and everything is well organized, yet you don't feel the number of guests when taking breaktfast or asking the reception

what the hotel can't really change: the distance to the nearest Metro we came for a wonderful concert, and chose deliberately to stay outside the town yet, the Metrostation itself lacks information about which entrance / exit to take, and outside there is basically no information how-to reach the hotel by foot so basically, for everybody coming by car and visiting the nearby fiera: This must be perfect, everybody else somewhat get's exhausted by the distance to the nearest Metro ...

Decent business oriented hotel, clean and modern. We spent two nights there. It’s just on the highway, about 30 min from Malpensa airport and same 30 min to Milan city center. Large rooms, comfy beds and nice bathroom. View is great too from the higher floors. There’s a parking on site available for 10 euros per night.. You definitely need a car to drive in and out or a coach bus if you’re in a group. Overall I would stay there again!

The breakfast although showed a variety wasn’t as good as I would have expected compared to similar level hotels. I would recommend to narrow down the selection and focus on the quality of the food rather.

Hotel is very nice. We were greeted at the reception desk by staff and check in process went quite fast and smooth. Our room was quite high, but was great as well. Hotel provides all of the necessities (towels, shampoos and shower gel, hair drier, etc.) Small tip for those who travel to Milano for tourism - maybe you want to consider a hotel a bit closer to the city and to public transportation. On foot to the closest metro station is ~15-20 mins. and from there around 30 mins. to Duomo square.

Beautiful hotel, designed by a famous architect, located away from the center of Milan, in the area of fiera del mobile, very convenient since we we going to a concert there. We were surprised by un upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made our stay pretty amazing! The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of delicious safely packed gluten free options! We also had lunch at the hotel, and we were offered gluten free meals, something we are immensely grateful for!

Spotless clean! Triple room was huge and comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was ran like clockwork , lovely little park beside the hotel and garage across the road, pizzeria and pharmacy five minute walk

Little bit out of the way fiera metro was a bit dodgy to get too not sure if that was just google maps but didn’t feel comfortable walking back at night so got taxi instead

The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast. All the staff members were extremely helpful.

The hotel is convenient for accessing the Exhibition Center; however, it is less ideal for tourists. The nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the city center is 20 minutes away by metro.

Clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, location can't be better when you visit the fair as it is opposite South entrance, few metres across the road.

The waiting for lift, the hotel is busy and lifts seem to be old and probably need to be addressed for better efficiency

There was no inroom tea or coffee facility I booked hotel with cancelation and paid extra and payment will be charged at the time of checkin but hotel charged me once I finished reservation, that is not the right way. Why I paid Extra? So be carefully at the time of reservation

hotel is very modern, cannot fault staff or the hotel itself. buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, truly brilliant for the price we paid. bedroom very modern and comfy, sunset views are brilliant

it is described as being near the metro, it isn’t. it’s a 20min walk across a deserted car park area and down a main duel carriageway road. felt unsafe walking at night from metro to the hotel as female travellers as there are a lot of shady people hang around metro at night. if this would bother you, look elsewhere as there were no taxis outside metro for us to get into , so we had no choice but to walk around this area.
