Typical hotel breakfast, which is OK for me. The hotel was not fully booked, as is it was not the high season. Based on that, i was able to get a nice room upgrade which turned out awesome - thanks to the receptionist (i dont know the name of this kind gentleman). Used the gym every day, i liked it a lot - it was just missing the sanitizer to clean the workout stations before/after use. I was expecting the check-in will take a long time (based on reviews), but i actually pre-checked in online and i just signed a document at the reception and was handed the keys to my room. Took me 5min all together. The location suited me well as i travelled with my car. No complaints whatsoever.

room on 3rd floor was very spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom ease of access through elevators (though hotel was at guest capacity, there was never to wait more than 20 seconds for an elevator to open at the floor)

breakfast was ok, but a bit chaotic: one day one the coffee machines ran out of mostly everything, another day there were no large cups for chocolate/cappuccino and while I waited (about one minute) for a fresh set to be delivered, my croissant and yoghurt were wiped out from my table. Variety of food somewhat limited.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was superb, and I was delighted to receive an unexpected upgrade upon arrival. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The restaurant staff truly stood out with their warmth and attentiveness, and the cook went above and beyond all my expectations. The hotel’s restaurant, declared as gourmet, was a delightful surprise—it’s not something you’d expect in this location. The dining experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend having dinner there if you stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a top-notch dining experience.

Overall, very nice experience and very pleasant staff. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. It is easy to reach the hotel by car which is perfect for avoiding Milano traffic. Hotel has a garage which is a huge plus. While staying in Milano and Una hotel we only used metro to visit city attractions - metro station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, metro line takes you directly to the city center. Hotel's location is excellent for those attending events on San Siro stadium (also accessible by metro).

Rooms might be renovated with newer furniture.

The breakfast had a good range of options (eggs, cold meats, breads, etc) with the qulaity of each item being prepared for a BIG turnover...thus the quality was met that standard. The room service personel were great & the meal very good/ tasty/generous. The mini bus transfer service to the local metro was a very good inclusion with freindly driver's, especially considering the hotel's location outside Milan City; but it needs to be better organised (eg: guests book a specific timeslot) and the availablity times need to be extended beyond the times provided...the 8-10 am and 6- 8pm ( I think).

One of the breakfast staff fellows let down the majority of the helpful & welcoming staff. The 'Self Serve' Coffee machines were often problematic and the juices could be of a higher quality & a bigger range. The Hotel Desk staff could have provided/drawn a small map to show how to walk to the local Metro station as their explanations were very vague & less tah accurate.

It is a very nice hotel and could possibly have the best shower I’ve ever had!

The sliding door that separates the room and the single bed didn’t close. If it did, we didn’t get any instructions how to close it. Also, we had to ask some teenagers down the hall how to keep the lights on in the room. I’m used to leaving the key card in, but didn’t realize it was a credit card slot we needed to insert the room card into (it was dark and we couldn’t see).

Good and friendly staff. Great bar in lobby. Hugo Spritz is amazingly done over there. The room was clean and spacious. Beds was comfy, shampoo and cosmetics in the bath is excellent. Coffee at the breakfast is amazing. Some croissants at the breakfast was good.

Black small ants on the floor in the room. Not a lot, but would be great if they determine the source of them. Not so good breakfast selection. Small choice of ham and cheese, mostly was eating sandwiches, didn’t like the scrambled egg, too much yolk in it. Pancakes were dry… I seen some yogurts, but I’m lactose intolerant and it was hard to find something that really suits me… Soya products isn’t tasty for me, so I was avoiding them as well. Besides of the croissants, made by myself sandwiches and bacon I was unable to eat anything else.

It was a very short visit, since we chose this hotel as it was close to a concert venue. It was great to park the car and have a rest after the concert. The room was quite a good size and there was a bathtube in the bathroom which was great to use.

The check-in took longer than expected due to some long queues. I have to admit that I did a mistake when booking the room and I booked a double room with single usage. I tried to contact the hotel the day before by email but there was no reply. When we were doing the check-in, I was asked for an extra charge of 20euros for making it for 2 people, which considering the prices online was a bit over the top. I think normally the higher price is for a room of single usage, so I was not really happy to pay extra.

A great conference center. Position close to the highway, easy to reach by car. Very convenient for Fiera. A 10 minutes walk to the metro station Pero. Big private parking. Huge teracces, snooker and other games available in the loby, also with a nice bar. Fit gym room. Staff very friendly and supportive. Great breakfast. Strong wifi. Rooms clean, modern, confortable, well fitted for a 4 star. Beds very confortable. Nice restaurant. For us will be the first choice for Milan from now on. We would come back with pleasure. 10

The best option if you are staying on that area of Milan. Big hotel, big rooms and fantastic breakfast. The Staff was polite and correct, the chick in and check out were fast.

Not a fan of the deco and style of the rooms but I enjoyed my stay. Is not far from the metro, but the walk is on empty roads with bad sidewalks in some parts so keep that in mind if you go with big luggage, you can arrange a pick up service from the hotel.
