Very good stay in Hotel Bonola! Rooms are clean (but in fact, quite old-fashioned), equipped with A/C. The hotel is placed only 10 minutes from M1 Milano Undeground, so it allows to easily get to your destination and return late (last trains in July are approx. 1:00 A.M.). PERFECT staff - serving customers needs even it's middle of the night! Best regards to them!

Breakfast was really good, but be aware of that it contains only sweet things to eat - it's normal in Italy, but it would be a very good improvement if there was one kind of perfect Italian cheese and ham to make sandwiches.

All the staff members were extremely kind and helpful (both the Egyptian and the Moroccan gentlemen at the reception, and the Moroccan lady)! They constantly made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The room had AC, which was great considering the heat wave. The breakfast was included in our stay as well (not the fanciest breakfast but it was very nice). The hotel itself is cute with a nice terrace and garden. The room was comfortable enough for our 2 nights stay. The location of the hotel is convenient (around a 10mins walk from the metro station).

There weren’t many plugs in the room, only one next to the door and one in the wall where the TV is plugged.

- No fridge in the room. - Air conditioning fee per night I knew what I was getting into when I booked this room. I wanted something affordable, but clean and with AC. I didn't mind the location because it's close to a metro station.

Worth the amount paid. The location is a bit away from the centre but there is a metro station 15 mins away. The room was cleaned and the utilities were replaced everyday. The staff were very helpful and attentive. One of them only spoke Italian, but we were able to communicate using Google translate.

The shower was too small.

Very polite staff, gave us something to eat for dinner because we arrived late and nothing was open at the time. Rooms were clean, bathroom was great, bidet was a bonus. Metro station close to the hotel. Breakfast was nothing special but it was still fine for a quick morning snack. Would highly recommend.

The staff was kind, the accommodation is clean and comfortable, the location is far from the city - but the metro and bus station are close, the reception was open non-stop.

The breakfast was poor, the water pressure in the bathroom was weak and the shower was leaking. Wifi in our room was poor too.

People in the reception were very nice and helping. The breakfast was good. Good access with About 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

There were no slippers in the room and bathroom which made taking shower difficult. The bathroom sink had some water pooling.

A little out of Milan Centre but close to a Metro Station so travelling around anywhere is easy. Recently decorated. Nice and clean. Continental breakfast with great ciffe

the staff didn't let us in at half past 1 to check in, we had to wait. Breakfast was cereal and toast with jam, there was nothing salty. All in all good. The location is safe, there are playgrounds and children.

The house is very nice. It’s built like a small villa with lots of chilling areas and rooms have a nice green view. Breakfast was nice. Personal was nice, light and easy going. It was good to feel always at ease.

The location. Of course it’s not in the city center but at the other hand, it’s okay to go visit the attractions by metro or by bus. And the location is perfect if you are looking for a calm green space to chill. I personally loved it, the price is good for Milano and I would go there again.
