First of all I would like to thank the Front Desk for helping me with my room change. Very friendly, helping and understanding. The two rooms we had were very good and we loved the stay. The rooms are very calm no matter wich side the are on. The breakfast is of suberb quality and quantity. we loved the pool as a refresher in the afternoon. we used the gym too, all good here. Carparking is also good. and in 10 minutes you are in milano center.

well the guests in the next room. the were smoking all time long in there room and the smoke did got drawn in through the conneting doors to my room. therefore I had to change rooms.

The hotel is lovely - much nicer than the photos on here portray. It is spotlessly clean and smells lovely at the communal areas. The room (for a family of 3) and as also very nice with a large shower. We were in Milan predominantly for a football match and the hotel is a 20minute walk from San Siro so very convenient but not so much you want to spend more time in the centre of Milan. Breakfast was nice. The sauna was a lovely touch - we visited in December so the pool was closed but it looked lovely.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Milan so doesn’t have easy access to all the city attractions. It’s a bus and a metro to get to Duomo/Garabaldi etc. the hotel does run a shuttle, but timings are limited and out of the 3 days we stayed, it was only available one due to being full. Pillows in the room could better - they were very flat. WiFi was not brilliant but the reception staff did upgrade us to the premium WiFi for free which was lovely. Breakfast was chaotic on one day and we ended up leaving the hotel as the wait was too long. This may just have been due to a football match and busy hotel.

The property is a great option if you want to stay slightly out of town and close to the highway. Rooms are surely bigger than most properties across Europe and that was a big plus as we were with a 10yr old kid. You can also find free parking right outside on most occasions. There's a free shuttle to the center, which was an added advantage. The breakfast spread is good, but is the same on all days.

Probably adding some more options for food at the Italian restaurant would be good as there are not many restaurants nearby.

Everything- clean modern great facilities excellent staff We had originally booked for a concert that got cancelled but went to Milan anyway - if you have anything on at the San Siro stadium this is the hotel to stay in just 20mins walk away We found the metro system easy to use and there is a shuttle bus to Malpensa airport from Lotto stn only 4 stops on the metro from San Siro station So easy to get into Milan and the hotel was nearly £350 cheaper than central hotels Simone - on the reception desk was fantastic and so helpful - a credit to the Sheraton chain!! Can recommend the hotel food And also the Japanese restaurant next door to the hotel - amazing food

We booked this hotel as we were on concert near by at ippodromo. Great psition as in italy they closed streats allmost 2km from event so your only posibility is by foot. Don't be misleed no transport whatsoever when is concert. We have been on lots of them italy always the same. So pick hotel or place close to it and prepare to walk. Parking is paying but you can park outside the hotel for free

Usualy I would not write anything but as the price is double during concerts, you would expect perfection, but not. Nothing bad but nothing great for night 388€. Breakfast little bit disapointed, but maby it is me as we are gurmans and it is not bad but nothing great. Fruit was not fresh, croasants allso, did not even touch egs and bacon.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds, all amenities are of good quality, free coffee, tea and water supply daily. Staff was helpful and very kind willing to assist and answer all questions. Common areas are spacious and well designed. Hotel is well kept and clean.

Location. Far from city center and all tourist attractions. Have to change two transportations (bus and metro) to reach the center or to pay taxi or Uber which cost from 20 to 40 EUR in one direction depending on the time of day and demand. The only other thing we didn't like is sound isolation, actually the rooms between them are well insulated but the noise from the corridors comes into the rooms. You can hear even the normal conversation from the people passing the room door. This should be addressed somehow.

Staff is really friendly, in particular I would like to remark Anna who is in the breakfast area, she is super! The hotel is really good, comfortable, nearby San Siro Stadium. Swimming pool area is very nice.

There are a lot of mosquitos in the swimming pool area, but if you ask staff will bring something to make mosquitos to go away. In general the hotel and staff is awesome.

Booked Sheraton San Siro hotel because I was watching football game at the stadium that is 10 minutes away from the hotel. My room was super clean, bed was so wide and big, very comfortable and maybe the best ever. Hotel staff was very polite, talking best English I ever experienced in Italian hotels. Breakfast was also one of the best ever, so many different choices and options, 10/10

I don't have anything that I didn't like about my stay.

I am absolutely delighted with everything this hotel has to offer – from the beautiful ambiance and spotless cleanliness to the extremely kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect: everything is within easy reach, yet the hotel still feels peacefully tucked away from the city’s crowds and chaos. A truly wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Superb facilities. Close to the stadium. The staff were absolutely incredible. In particular, Ilaria in Reception who was amazingly helpful as we tried to organise wheelchair transport from the hotel back to the airport. She couldn’t have done more. In addition, Anna (our breakfast host) looked after us really well. Thank you both very much. We’ll fondly remember our visit and your kindness.
