The hotel is lovely - much nicer than the photos on here portray. It is spotlessly clean and smells lovely at the communal areas. The room (for a family of 3) and as also very nice with a large shower. We were in Milan predominantly for a football match and the hotel is a 20minute walk from San Siro so very convenient but not so much you want to spend more time in the centre of Milan. Breakfast was nice. The sauna was a lovely touch - we visited in December so the pool was closed but it looked lovely.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Milan so doesn’t have easy access to all the city attractions. It’s a bus and a metro to get to Duomo/Garabaldi etc. the hotel does run a shuttle, but timings are limited and out of the 3 days we stayed, it was only available one due to being full. Pillows in the room could better - they were very flat. WiFi was not brilliant but the reception staff did upgrade us to the premium WiFi for free which was lovely. Breakfast was chaotic on one day and we ended up leaving the hotel as the wait was too long. This may just have been due to a football match and busy hotel.

Everything- clean modern great facilities excellent staff We had originally booked for a concert that got cancelled but went to Milan anyway - if you have anything on at the San Siro stadium this is the hotel to stay in just 20mins walk away We found the metro system easy to use and there is a shuttle bus to Malpensa airport from Lotto stn only 4 stops on the metro from San Siro station So easy to get into Milan and the hotel was nearly £350 cheaper than central hotels Simone - on the reception desk was fantastic and so helpful - a credit to the Sheraton chain!! Can recommend the hotel food And also the Japanese restaurant next door to the hotel - amazing food

The property is a great option if you want to stay slightly out of town and close to the highway. Rooms are surely bigger than most properties across Europe and that was a big plus as we were with a 10yr old kid. You can also find free parking right outside on most occasions. There's a free shuttle to the center, which was an added advantage. The breakfast spread is good, but is the same on all days.

Probably adding some more options for food at the Italian restaurant would be good as there are not many restaurants nearby.

We booked this hotel as we were on concert near by at ippodromo. Great psition as in italy they closed streats allmost 2km from event so your only posibility is by foot. Don't be misleed no transport whatsoever when is concert. We have been on lots of them italy always the same. So pick hotel or place close to it and prepare to walk. Parking is paying but you can park outside the hotel for free

Usualy I would not write anything but as the price is double during concerts, you would expect perfection, but not. Nothing bad but nothing great for night 388€. Breakfast little bit disapointed, but maby it is me as we are gurmans and it is not bad but nothing great. Fruit was not fresh, croasants allso, did not even touch egs and bacon.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds, all amenities are of good quality, free coffee, tea and water supply daily. Staff was helpful and very kind willing to assist and answer all questions. Common areas are spacious and well designed. Hotel is well kept and clean.

Location. Far from city center and all tourist attractions. Have to change two transportations (bus and metro) to reach the center or to pay taxi or Uber which cost from 20 to 40 EUR in one direction depending on the time of day and demand. The only other thing we didn't like is sound isolation, actually the rooms between them are well insulated but the noise from the corridors comes into the rooms. You can hear even the normal conversation from the people passing the room door. This should be addressed somehow.

We arrived early, we were able to check-in at 12pm before the normal time at 3.30pm. They had given us an upgrade, which was amazing! The food for dinner, breakfast and lunch had more than ample choice and was delicious! When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage over until later in the day whilst we did a tour of San Siro Stadium. It's the perfect location for anyone visiting San Siro Stadium or Milan Duomo Cathedral etc. It's a brisk 10 minute walk, and there are buses that run frequently right outside the hotel to the Stadium and Metro.

Hotel is located near San Siro stadium and in a quite area of Milan, the rooms and public areas of the hotel are wonderful and it was a great place to come back to and relax after spending time in the city, staff were wonderful and it had everything we needed for our stay including a great gym.

The only downside of the hotel is that its a bit of a distance from the city center and not close to any metro so taxi will be your main way if you need to go anywhere.

I and two kids stayed at this hotel just to watch a football game hold at San Siro stadium and it was a great location to get to the stadium (We needed to take metro and bus when we go to the center of Milano). The staffs in this hotel was very kind. They supported us a lot. i.g. They provided tooth brushes with us although we forgot to bring them. We had a very satisfying breakfast time with a wide variety of breakfast items. There was also a bathtub in our room and it helped us to relax well.

There was a coffee machine in the room, but it was simpler than the one at my home. I actually tried to make coffee, but failed no matter how many times I tried. In the end, two bottles of free water were wasted.

Location perfect for a concert at the San Siro stadium. Public transport into central Milan is fine, once get used to it. Bus stop right outside the hotel and then metro. Can use tap and pay so easy. Pool area is great. Plenty of loungers, bean bags and pool towels. The Argentine restaurant is fabulous, amazing food and service, highly recommend eating here. Reception also helpful, especially Leonardo. Air conditioning good and rooms very comfortable. Huge comfortable bed. Breakfast good, although best get there earlier for best choice. Staff worked very hard to get everyone seated. Overall, highly recommend especially if going to the San Siro.

The free shuttle bus service seemed a good idea but the booking "system" doesn't really work, as it seems to get overbooked! There are only 7 seats. Very frustrating and best not rely on it! Mini bar and pool bar drinks expensive but couldn't resist an Aperol by the pool. Italian restaurant also seemed expensive, esp compared to the Argentine restaurant.
