I stayed at Idea Hotel Milano San Siro for one night during a business trip and found it to be very good value for money. The breakfast was quite good, offering a decent variety to start the day right. However, there were some noticeable drawbacks. The hotel shows signs of wear, with a lack of maintenance in both public areas and the room. Additionally, it seemed like the room readiness check was not properly done—my TV remote didn’t have batteries, which is a basic oversight. Overall, it's a budget-friendly option for short stays, but some improvements in maintenance and attention to detail would enhance the experience.

Our stay at Idea Hotel Milano San Siro was overall a pleasant experience, though there are some areas that could be improved. The hotel is a bit far from central Milan, but with access to public transportation or a taxi (about £40), getting into the city is manageable. The rooms were okay but could use some attention, especially in terms of cleanliness. We encountered an issue with our door lock, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the breakfast was fantastic – a great selection and definitely worth it! We also enjoyed relaxing at the bar; the drinks were good, and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Special shoutout to the receptionist, Kameela (I believe that’s her name). She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Her dedication and warm approach make her a real asset to the hotel. Thank you to Kameela and the staff for making our stay enjoyable!

Breakfast was good overall but the coffee machines didn't work so we had to ask the staff to bring us coffee from the kitchen. STAFF were very KIND and helpful all the time!!! The stuttles were life saving both to metro and from metro to hotel!

All same cakes in the breakfast!! The lamp was not working in the room. Our room was bigger compared to other hotels. But some other rooms had a bad smell so our friend needed to change the room.

Good selection for breakfast including scrambled eggs (I believe that was made of powder) selection of ham, cheese, bread, drinks etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Replaced one double bed for 2 single beds on request - thanks for that. Bathroom clean

Ceiling covered in black dirt stripes like someone was walking on it. Carpet stained in multiple places. One socket was broken and didn't work. One night light by the bed had a bulb missing and had wires sticking out. Bar only opens at 5pm and until then have no drink or food option. No blankets - just a cover and it was quite chilly at night

Very good value for money for the period of our stay. Milano was fully booked and the Milano San Siro hotel was relatively cheap compared with the other offers. We did not expect much based on the available reviews on Booking.com but we were very surprised as the hotel is spacious, nice, and well-connected to Milano. The location, with green around and very quiet, the rooms, and the free shuttle to the San Siro Stadium. We walked from San Siro to central Milano and back on the same day. It was long but a very good alternative to the metro to get to know the city.

I did not dislike anything in particular. The triple room that we booked for the kids was a bit small but it did the work. I liked the hotel and I recommend it.

It was convenient for my purpose, efficient, definitely value for money. I had forgotten my toothbrush and got one for free at reception.

It's a big structure, and has no personality. Despite a fair number of cakes made on the premises the breakfast is very canteenish. Floor in room dirty and not advisable to walk on without shoes. Very hot in room at night (late october)

Stay was very good. Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was amazing . Got many options. Bit far from city but they provide free shuttle bus from nearest metro. So we didnt had any issue in transportation.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was the perfect size for just 2 of us The room was always kept clean for us and we tried our best to not damage or be careless.

I think Dinner was a little bit over priced. The taps although they were closed, water just kept dripping and at the first night couldn't really sleep with it dripping down as I didn't know from where the sound was coming from.

The staff was nice and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the Aircon working without issues.

The cleanliness, the bathroom should be cleaned better, it is not nice to have such a dirt in the shower that could be easily cleaned. We stayed just one night, arrived late and had no time for complaints, but they should pay attention to clean it better

I liked how the receptionists and a cleaner lady responded to customers and how we got supported when we were not able to find the way from Sansiro Stadio to the Hotel, Hotel sent a car to pick us for free👌👌👌👌
