The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. We booked it to attend a Bruce Springsteen concert at the San Siro (about 4km away) so the location was very good for that. There was either a local bus or a free hotel shuttle between the hotel and the metro station every hour. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but the breakfast buffet on offer was excellent value

The location of the hotel was not suited for people planning to see the sites of central Milan. It is more suited to people arriving by car, as it was on the edge of Milan, near major roads. However, as we were travelling by train, getting to the hotel from Milan Centrale was very expensive by taxi. It would have been very useful if the hotel had informed us in advance that there was a shuttle bus from the nearest Metro station to the hotel as that would have saved us an expensive taxi ride.

5 Stars My family and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Silver Milano! The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and always reachable. The hotel is spotless, with great attention to cleanliness, including the exterior doors. The accessibility is outstanding, especially for families with kids, as the parking space is conveniently located right next to the rooms. We were also impressed by the delicious petit déjeuner, which was the best we’ve had. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to visiting Hotel Silver Milano again on our next holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

The balcony is very large and clean and very comfortable and suitable for family gatherings and coffee time, especially for those who are preparing to visit it during summer or spring holidays

The hotel is really beautiful. The room was really big and well equiped. The bathroom was amazing and unique. It was surprising - but in a good way - that the room had two entrances, one to the parking lot and one to the hotel itself.

Its location is terrible if you do not arrive by car for which you need to pay extra. You can also have hotel transfer for which you also pay a lot. The breakfast was disappointing. The plates were not refilled unless you arrive early in the morning - which you do not want to during a vacation. We missed the variety of vegetables, breads and sliced food like salami, ham, cheese. Eventually we had to go out and have something elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and accommodating staff. Parking was great and getting here from Venice was easy. They offer a free shuttle to the metro within a limited time schedule. First shuttle leaves at 10:20 and runs every 2 hours.

Location is a 15 minute drive to the metro and nothing, like cafes or shopping, is within walking distance.

Everything went extremely well and staff were very nice and polite. The gentlemen's at the front desk names was Teclai Ghebreiesus and Lorenzo was very knowledgeable about the area. He told us where to go and the best places to go and sight seeing and also they hava there own shuttle bus service to take us to the station and going back. Also one time we missing the bus at the stop but he saw us and stopped on the other side and picked us up. Reason for going there was because it was are honeymoon and it was an extremely perfect for are honeymoon. Highly recommend it to everyone who looking to go there as we will definitely be looking to go back again.

Nice peaceful place to be.... car parked exactly near the back door of our room.... nice garden and well kept.

The check out time is at 11am.... at least 12 .... I know that one can stay for more and pay extra but 11am.i think it's a bit early.

I got updated to the suite so I cannot tell anything about the other rooms. The suite was very clean, there was enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi. Other guest's reviews were mentioning non-functional stuff in the room which was not the case in the suite. The staff is very friendly, this is in line with many reviews - big plus with that.

The loction is far outside, there is literally nothing around. If you book here, do not expect to be close to the city, you will end up travelling a lot by car (I booked here for a reason and knew I would never visit the city center). With the location comes a missing competition with other hotels I guess: the prices are quite high for the value.

The accommodation was good, the room was comfortable and well equipped, the staff was kind and helpful. Great parking facilities for cars.

The location is convenient for transport by car only. Public transport is far away.

Nice clean hotel. Very pleasant lobby, surprisingly upscale restaurant, clean room. They took us for dinner even 15 min before closing.

The beds and pillows were extremely hard. My family all complained about back pain the next day. The 50 cm descent into the sloped floor shower is very precarious and a potential liability for the hotel. People must have fallen before. I almost did. The night stand lamps can only be switched on and off together, which is annoying as my husband wanted to sleep (lamp off) while I was reading and wanted my lamp on.
