The pool was closed because of a renovation and the location isn't ideal of you're looking for something closer to the city center, but 30 mins by tram or bus to reach the center was still perfectly acceptable for us, so overall, not badly connected

Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was great and it was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel and parking was available both in the garage and on street. Staff spoke English and were helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

No suggestions for improvements for the hotel. The hotel is a bit outside of the city, but it's a small tradeoff for the price. Reaching the city was a short metro or car ride.

It was very close to the tram that would take you directly to the city center. But the area was a little sketchy. The room was really nice and the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful!

The neighborhood wasn’t what I was expecting. The pool was closed so we couldn’t use it.

Not much wardrobe space in the adults x4 room, but it wasn't a huge issue for 4 days.

- Very good value for money - Breakfast: a lot of choices from the breakfast buffet, sitting outside by the swimming pool, good coffee - Public transfort close by the hotel (buses and tram no. 14) - Parking in the hotel garage for a reasonable price - Supermarket just a short walk away

- Coffee cups missing most of the time at breakfast. Please, hotel management, buy additional coffee cups. How expensive could this be? Now we were nearly fighting for the coffee cups when a new tray with them arrived. As an alternative there were "to-go" cups, but it is not the same. - Sometimes we also had to wait until new plates and glasses were brought in. It is not the fault of the waiting staff, since they were running non-stop to bring new food and utensils to the buffet. The hotel should just better organise the layout of the buffet (do not put bread in the far away corner!) and buy more cups and plates.

Would stay again, a little far out from the city and no restaurants/bars around. However, it was only a short tram ride to the city and restaurants/bars etc. Room was spotless and spacious. Staff were kind. We arrived late and didn't have an adapter or cash for the deposit, the lady at reception gave us one once we gave it back on check out which was great as there was nowhere to buy one at that hour of night. Breakfast was good and buffet style, everything was fresh. Staff also accommodated a drink for us after the bar had just closed. We didn't get to use the pool as it was raining but it looked fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

They ac was not working as it starts when temp go above some temperaturę which i think it’s unfair as there was no iformation about it and I found it a bit hot in the room. The breakfast was nice , but the last day when i checked out in the afternoon i started feeling ill, am not sure if it was because of the food. In general staff was nice , the ladies at breakfast were absoluty lovely. I have never met such nice people. The receptionist were in general alright but I found it sometimes that they werent smiling and didnt feel positive energy from them, but it’s maybe because thats how they just are. In general it was alright for the price I paid. But i Think it’s far away from a 4* hotel.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. The rooms are very modern and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. The pool was a real highlight for the kids — the perfect way for them to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A real cherry on top of a great stay!

I was informed at reception that there’s a €10 per night charge for parking. It’s not a big issue, but I believe this should be made clearer on Booking.com. While it may be mentioned on the hotel’s page, it wasn’t very noticeable during the booking process. A bit more transparency would be helpful for future guests.

The stay was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent with everything I needed, and the staff were truly amazing — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you!

The biggest issue I experienced was the very thin walls. I could hear everything — doors slamming, children crying, and even noise from outside — especially during the night when I was trying to sleep. It was really disturbing and made it hard to rest properly.

Good Breakfast, best we had during our entire 12 days stay across Italy. Well spread choices. Starting time of 7am is very convenient. Staff were cordial.

Surprised that the hotel (4 star rating) does not provide free bottled water to it's guests. Consider giving 1 no. 500ml bottle per guest per day. Don't make the guests to pay EUR 2.20 per bottle. It is the most basic hospitality. It is the first we paid for water in a hotel during our 12 day stay in whole of Italy. Weather was particularly warm during our stay (end of March). AC's were not switched on owing to some regulations (?). If it is the regulation, then it is time to re-consider it or install ceiling fans at least. Strangely, we did not come across this regulation during our stay in Napoli, Roma and Firenze. ACs were on when we wanted it. Though hotel we stayed in Venezia had the same excuse, we managed due to the cooler weather (it was drizzling that day)
