The pool was closed because of a renovation and the location isn't ideal of you're looking for something closer to the city center, but 30 mins by tram or bus to reach the center was still perfectly acceptable for us, so overall, not badly connected

Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was great and it was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel and parking was available both in the garage and on street. Staff spoke English and were helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

No suggestions for improvements for the hotel. The hotel is a bit outside of the city, but it's a small tradeoff for the price. Reaching the city was a short metro or car ride.

It was very close to the tram that would take you directly to the city center. But the area was a little sketchy. The room was really nice and the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful!

The neighborhood wasn’t what I was expecting. The pool was closed so we couldn’t use it.

Not much wardrobe space in the adults x4 room, but it wasn't a huge issue for 4 days.

Good Breakfast, best we had during our entire 12 days stay across Italy. Well spread choices. Starting time of 7am is very convenient. Staff were cordial.

Surprised that the hotel (4 star rating) does not provide free bottled water to it's guests. Consider giving 1 no. 500ml bottle per guest per day. Don't make the guests to pay EUR 2.20 per bottle. It is the most basic hospitality. It is the first we paid for water in a hotel during our 12 day stay in whole of Italy. Weather was particularly warm during our stay (end of March). AC's were not switched on owing to some regulations (?). If it is the regulation, then it is time to re-consider it or install ceiling fans at least. Strangely, we did not come across this regulation during our stay in Napoli, Roma and Firenze. ACs were on when we wanted it. Though hotel we stayed in Venezia had the same excuse, we managed due to the cooler weather (it was drizzling that day)

Very nice hotel, great value for money. Not very close to Milano city center but the tram is 3-4 min walking away and you get easily everywhere, i believe to city center is about half and hour with the tram and only 2.2€ per adult and the kids go for free. The staff was very kind, always trying to give us all the information we needed. The breakfast was nice, not many options but for us was exactly what we needed. The room was clean, the lady came every day and tidy up. The location isn’t very advantageous in terms of shops or supermarkets. However, I did see a children’s park from the window but weather wasn’t in our favor, there is also a KFC very close by.

The staff were very helpful & friendly, especially Vincent who was wonderful! It was very close to the no.14 tram stop & bus stops plus there was a nice ice cream parlour/cafe close by & a supermarket within a 5 min walk. You could order food from the restaurant & if you waited in the reception & took it up yourself you could avoid additional room service costs. The rooms were cleaned daily. Being across the road from the no. 14 tram stop was a godsend! Ut takes you straight to Duomo & you can get plenty of other, trams, metro's etc from there to explore.

*Being charged to use the pool as a guest. It did not state that that was the case next to the list of hotel facilities, instead it was hidden way down down at the bottom of the hotel description. *Plastic cups were never replaced when the room was cleaned & there was no creamer/milk for the tea/coffee. * The distance that the hotel stated it was from the nearest metro was at least 4 times longer, meaning myself & 2 children had to carry all of our luggage whilst walking for over 30 mins in 34° heat. A clearer instruction of how getting the number 14 tram from Duomo would be a very welcome addition to information on the hotel site.

The hotel was stunning, spectacular view from the rooftop (which ended up being my favourite place to go when getting back to the hotel). I cannot thank the staff enough for surprising me with a birthday tray (cake with a candle, bottle of water, etc) it was super sweet. I was gutted I couldn’t take the free flask they gave :( I had no space in my backpack to do so. But i was so grateful for this!! I would stay again for the location also, nice little 10-12 min walk to the beach/strip area. Exactly what you want. And then same length of walk to get the train to the main city. Was a very good birthday here!

Unfortunately I will have to state that me and my wife did not enjoy the food, this was for breakfast and a dinner we had. We aren’t ones to waste food so we still ate it but we decided after the first morning breakfast to go out and find nicer breakfast options even though it was already paid for at the hotel sadly. But even with this in mind - the place is lovely and I will still return to this hotel without a doubt.

It was all as you would hope - we were using it only as a stop-over for a single night - it might be more pleasant to stay over a longer period but we were looking only for functional comfort. You couldn't fault it. There was also the distinct advantage of a secure garage.

The mosquitoes outside on the terrace where we ate dinner; but not sure what can be done about that - it's everywhere in Italy. Would probably have preferred to be further in to where we were making a short errand - the centre of the city - but it was probably easier for us leaving Milan with no congestion, so essentially, no complaints.

Accustomed to smaller rooms in Italy, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and bathrooms at this 4-star hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always available to assist. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area. While it's not in the historical center, there's a tram stop right across the street that takes you to the city center in just 25 minutes — very convenient. Plus, with restaurants and supermarkets open late nearby, everything you need is easily accessible.
