Nice and helpful staff. Clean and tidy apartments are over two floors. There is a parking space next to the apartment complex. The pool is large enough and comfortable.

The apartment is in a cottage-type house, you have to share the same terrace with your neighbors, that is not very comfortable. It is especially uncomfortable when your neighbors smoke and you don't. There is no dishwasher, no washing machine. To wash your clothes, you have to go to another hotel complex and wait for the clothes to be washed. There is no Wi-Fi, it is for an additional fee.

Fabio is amazing! He is very thorough and very helpful, he made our stay much more comfortable when we had a late flight he made sure me and the family had all we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy, quite basic. The pool area was maintained well and kept very clean.

We booked this apartment based on the location however we ended up in the other block over 0.5km away up the hill which meant we were 30 mins walk to the town. We have a 6yr old and the walk was a little too much for her so ended up taking taxis.

Excellent accommodation for groups travelling together who aren't looking for a purely beach holiday. Just of the motorway, you have great access to a large area of the east of Italy and San Marino. Beautiful terrace at back of the ground floor apartments with seating areas looking into small park. My studio apartment was very spacious, with a large bathroom. Given plenty of towels and toiletries, and was given a kettle on request. Laundry facilities were available - but I didn't need.

The security of the locks of the individual apartments could be improved - still using a lock and key. But there is a security code to access the apartment complex, it was relatively safe. There was few power outlets in my studio apartment, & none in the kitchen area. Be warned, it's not very wheelchair or buggy friendly.

The property is secure behind a gate which is nice for security although it seems like a nice neighbourhood. The pool area is lovely although the coating on it is slippery so be mindful of that. Nice to have AC and a mini kitchen. Apartment 15 was spacious and had a balcony.

The wifi as many people noted is the biggest complaint. Especially since it’s advertised and if you don’t look into it further you wouldn’t know. A few additional things like a tea towel in the kitchen or paper towel would have been nice. The shower in our apartment leaked badly into the rest of the bathroom. We went to use the washing machine but it was full of hair and kinda gross but it’s free. Also note parking is 10 euros per day.

The size of the apartament, the access to the garden and swimmint pool, the quite are away from the trattic noise, the closed parking slots.

I liked everything.

Absolutely Everything! Large room very well clean. Gardens and swimming pool perfectly maintained. The staff is professional and amicable. Top of all… pet friendly (we travel with 3 dogs -two large size-) and this is the most comfortable accommodation we have ever been! The residence is 5 minutes drive to Viale Ceccarini (city center), 3 minutes from sea side and Acquafan.

This accommodation was really worth the money spent. Lovely location, nice clean room, kind staff.

Appartments are located in calm part of Riccione, there is a nice garden with quite big pool and lot of sunbeds and private parking is available for free which is very good. Room was big and clean with terrace. Beach is 1,5 km by walk.

Equipment in the appartment was average, few dishes, missing dishwasher. Some things looked slightly used and would need replacement but on the other hand everything was clean. Wifi was available only at the reception.
