We liked the location very much, just next to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The staff was exceptional, providing very good breakfast and helpful with any kind of things. We booked the seaview and loved that view a lot and can only recommend the hotel. Our daughter Viktoria felt also very comfortable and slept in a free baby cot. One evening we even drove the hotel bicycles for free and had a fantastic dinner in Rimini town that was also recommended! The parking shuttle worked very well as well! The hosts really love their job!

Everything perfect! Between 3-6 pm the reception is closed, as a result you need the room card to enter the building. If you go in seperately, somebody has to come down to open the building door!

My mom and I had a lovely week long stay at Gimmi Hotel just as the seaside season kicks off in June. The room was as nice as advertised: it felt like a luxury to have an open view of the sunrise and to cross the street and be on the beach in 2min every day! At the same time, great that we could close the balcony doors and shut out any noise from the world outside and get some silence and proper rest. The other reviews are true, it is maintained impeccably by the Davide and the kind and attentive staff. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee, and really nice to have it on the terrace. We appreciated the beach towels and I also loved the offer to take the bike out for a spin on the promenade towards Rimini! The hotel is easily accessible by bus or train from Rimini, with both stops about 5min away, so day trips are easy if that's your thing. Thanks for everything to the staff, who were always available for questions and advice. I'd definitely recommend a stay here! :)

Everything was great, just a couple of bits of feedback that are very much personal preferences more than anything else: > The breakfast was great, more on the sweet side of course like Italians like it :), but it would've been great if there were some fresh veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers for ex) and some egg based options as well (nothing fancy, even boiled would've been fine). > As an avid tea drinker, it would have been nice to have a kettle and two mugs in the room so I wouldn't have to bother the staff each time I wanted some hot water :) > The wifi was a bit patchy overall, so keep in mind if you want to work remotely from here, but on holiday it can end up being a good thing to help you disconnect.

Everything was great, during our stay we were positively surprised by the kindness of the personal. We just felt like at home and the location is perfect, very close to the beach and sea. Cleanliness was extraordinary and we really enjoyed staying in the hotel. Special thanks to Davide for the kind present at the end! We will recommend to our family and friends.

Everything was very delicious, just a few more savoury vegetarian options for breakfast would be great.

This accommodation was absolutely exceptional. The host Davide was very nice, professional and helpful. Thank you for the super tips and recommendations. His parents were also friendly and his mom always baked something good for breakfast. Great communication, wonderful accommodation and peaceful surroundings. And as a bonus, it is right on the beach, both private and public, where you can have your own parasol. We had a paid room with a partial sea view and it was absolutely amazing. You can also rent city bikes as part of your stay, which we used one day to take a trip along the bike path right next to the promenade all the way to Rimini. Parking was located about 5 mins from the hotel, but there was a 24 hour shuttle from the car park to the hotel and back within the parking (7 euros per day). The breakfast was absolutely perfect. The only thing we would recommend for a longer stay is to vary the breakfast (eggs, bacon..) or add vegetables. The cleaning lady was in the room every day, took out the baskets, made the bed and brought new towels, she could just be a little more careful in terms of cleaning, but overall we were satisfied. What we really appreciated are the soundproofed rooms, so noise from the adjoining rooms or outside was not audible at all, only from the hallway. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. We were only here for 5 nights unfortunately, but would have loved to stay longer for sure if we could. Thank you for a great stay and we would love to return again soon. You made us feel great and always welcome.

David and Camilla are some of the nicest people i have met. They're always there for you. Location of the hotel is awesome right on the ⛱️. It's also in the middle of the cafes and restaurants area so everything is close. The beach is clean, 2 mins away on foot. Breakfast is also nice.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Coffee is great and cold breakfast is quite tasty. It just needs some vegetables and eggs.

GIMMI hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff Cecilia and Davide made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the reception. I have never met such friendly service before! Incredible! 😍 The whole hotel is modern and very clean. When I booked the room I asked for a room with a good view of the ocean and we got the best room in the whole hotel with 2 spacious balconies with fantastic ocean view. The sunrise from the balcony was stunning! Every morning Cecilia & Davide serve a delicious breakfast with home baked pastries made by Davides mother. How sweet is that? 🥰 Cecilia prepared our cappuccino with such care and love, always with a heart on the milkfoam. ❤️ They have city bikes that you can borrow for free which was very convenient. Cleaning staff were very thurough. When we came back from the beach every day our room looked like brand new and very fresh! I will recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Rimini area. Thank you so much for everything!

Awesome location, staff and cleaning. Big terrace. Not diversified but good breakfast with great coffee. Good parking (7€/day with shuttle included). Overall an awesome experience, totally recommend Gimmi Hotel! Davide was a great host.

Breakfast could be bigger and a parking lot is about 2km far from the hotel.

I rested here with my daughter. Everything was perfect! Balcony with a sea view! The most delicious breakfasts! The most friendly owners of the hotel! Everything is fine! We will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff, great breakfast (till 10.30) perfect for people who like to sleep a little longer :D
