The owners are friendly and polite. Clean rooms, hotel in a nice and quiet zone. For us is the best choice for Rimini!

Comfortable, well air-conditioned and clean rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. We were able to store our bikes in their premises overnight. Good location very close to the beach and the evening events on the street. Free parking.

A really exceptional hotel with a lovely old style atmosphere and friendly professional staff. We felt very at home immediately. It is a step from the beach and all activities. There is a great terrace at the front and a large lobby with a bar and comfortable seating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Good sized furnished balcony. Good linen and towels. Our dog was made to feel welcome too. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, helpful and always with smile on the face, great location, breakfast could be better as there aren't much variety.Overall is very good hotel and definitely would stay at it again.

One of the best selling points of the hotel is its location right next to the beach, with plenty of restaurants/bars/supermarket/shops nearby. Travel from/to Rimini train station can be done by bus with a stop very close to the hotel. Free bikes are available and can be usefull to explore nearby attractions. Discount is available for bed rentals on beach in front of hotel. Also free beaches are reachable within a short walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull with every question we had and at checkout offered us a bottle of wine. Bathroom was a little tight but room itself is big enough for two and balcony may have a nice view of the beach. Breakfast had good quality and variety.
