Good hotel at the beach of Rimini, 15-20 min walk to city center. We had a room with sea-view. All was good. Airco (bit difficult to set, but worked fine), clean, good beds. With closed windows no bothering from the different parties on the beach and nearby hotels. Small pool and bar in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. If you want to go to the beach, book beachbeds and parasol at the reception of the hotel (much cheaper then when booked at the beach). Breakfast good. If you come by car, reservation of hotel parking space is recommended. You can park in the street, but not always space. Closeby to the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. Great place to start a nice walk along the shore (towards the ferris-wheel is about 30 min). Great view from there. Lively city and beach, really nice to spend some vacation time here.

Great location staff really friendly and all smiley apart from one. The night receptionist white feather we called him was really nice and we loved seeing him at the end of the day and Lorenzo the pool lifeguard was such a nice kid and lovely to see him with his nonna

Nothing really that would stop us staying again. Maybe a small table on the balcony in the room so we could sit there with a drink. And 100% need more than one 2 slot toaster at breakfast just not enough. By the time you get your toast the eggs are cold.

The front counter staff (ladies) were super courteous and informative. They were very gracious and a pleasure to speak with. And the gentleman who worked in the evening was also very sympathetic. In fact, the staff made the stay very agreeable as I often asked them questions about the area and they provided me great tips. And what was really great...they were able to change the location of our room on the 2nd day of our stay which made it even more splendid. As we were there 6 nights...on the 2nd night a room on a higher floor and closer to the sea became available, so they let us change rooms which really made the stay even more agreeable. By the way, the cleaning staff (ladies) were also very sweet and responsive to any request (e.g. needing more shampoo, etc.)

Everything was really great. The only nuisance was not related to the hotel (except perhaps due to its location)...but in the evening one could hear the disco and loud bass music coming from the nearby beach restaurant. Of course, we were there in the height of the high season (mid-August)...so I do not imagine this is a year round disturbance. And as I recall, it probably ended around midnight or 1 am latest. It may not have been every night, but there were a few nights where of course it was quite noticeable. The breakfast offering was a bit so so, but the ladies who worked there were also very sweet. Finally, the pool was not very large...so do not expect to swim laps there, but it was a calm area to lounge around.

Hotel is situated across the beach.Beach is divided into sections,you must pay for beds and umbrellas.If you want to have beds etc on Tortuga beach,you will get some reduction at the reception,you can pay for all your stay and staff on the beach finds you the place you want Hotel staff is very kindly and helpful.Pool at the hotel is small but very clean.It has about 10 beds and some chairs and umbrellas.The pool is closed 12:30-15:30 but you can be here these hours without any problems.Street is full of shops,restaurants etc. Hotel is very clean.

I did not have breakfast,so I cannot compare it.

The hotel has a good location, private parking, good swimming pool, nice view to the sea, friendly staff.

Couple things can be better: They are not serving vegetable for the breakfast at all ( for the 3-stars hotel it is really weird ). The room's walls are very dirty. It seems they were never painted since the hotel was build. They are selling vouchers for the beach sunbeds and umbrellas for 22EUR/day while the normal price directly on the beach is 20EUR only. So we recommend not to buy the sunbeds at the hotel reception but directly on the beach reception. We preferred place 65. Here you can get all sports equipment for free and the hotel's discount is also valid here.

Location was amazing. Close to beach and restaurants, it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Parking was difficult if you can’t get into their lot. There is a parking lot down the street that we paid for and kept our car there. It had much easier access in and out of it. Even with air conditioning the rooms were still warm

The location is literally right in front of the beach and there are so many bars and restraints on the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, cleaners were good also. Breakfast was decent was a variety of sweets and some salty food and coffee.

The room is very small, but other than that everything was great.

Audi Frontemare - September 2023. Very hospitable staff. Thanks to the girls at the reception, we get an answer to all our questions and requests. The hotel's location is excellent, all rooms with sea views. Breakfast is delicious. Everything is great, I recommend this hotel.

Price -value is perfect, the view to the beach and the balcony is a big plus. The breakfast was super, the staff is helpful and very kind! They offer umbrellas to the Tortuga beach - which is a perfect choice too!

The furniture and the bathroom is a bit old, and I missed vegetables from breakfast - these ones are not a big deal!

The staff was very very friendly. We loved the pool area

We never did find the assigned beach area but it wasn’t busy and we accessed other beaches
