I stayed in the neighboring building (where the apartments are), and everything was excellent: there was free parking, a huge room with a spacious bathroom and a proper shower. There’s air conditioning and a fridge, all for a reasonable price. The host was great and helped with everything — I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good location = close to the beach but not directly on the noisy streat. The apartment was clear, towels , good beds, air conditioning. We were 4 peoples ( my children are almost no more children :D) and fit well in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare something.

The apartment, steps from beach, restaurants, and markets, boasts a spacious layout, fully equipped open kitchen, large bedroom, and comfy sofa bed. Both rooms have air conditioning, with the bedroom featuring a huge terrace offering partial sea views from higher floors.

The appliances and the furniture are a bit old. The terrace doors don't block the outside noise very well; Despite the quiet street, train sounds from nearby railway are noticeable.

Best bed in Italy. Great staff, helping us out with everything we needed. Close to the beach, so easy to pop in for a quick dip. The apartment was basic, with a wonderfully sunny bedroom and a big bathroom. Had no problems cooking. Good place to relax between trips to San Marino. Extended our stay. Wanted to stay even longer.

Would have preferred a sofa bed in the main room instead of the bunk beds.

Very close to the beach, if you stay in an apartment on the third or fourth floor, you get a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Owner helps you if you have a problem. Free parking in front of the apartment house!

The receptionist could not speak English but he tried his best to communicate. He explained how to use the laundry machine and gave me detergent etc.

The car parking space is very limited. The air conditioner was very loud 2 adults and 2 children for 3 nights was €750

2 friends, we really enjoyed our time here! :) There was everything what you need (including wine opener :D :) ). Rooms were big enough shops and nice beaches really nearby - paid (5 - 10 € per one, but depens on how much comfort you need), there is also a public free beach. Flat was quiet, sometimes train passed by (it wasnt loud), we sometimes heard neighborous, but not after 23 pm. They dont speak English much, however it isnt a problem at all. Really helpful and nice owner. I would love to come back. :)

The apartment was great, very comfortable and it was equiped with everything we needed. It's close to the beach and to the metromare train station. We had the best time and if we have a chance to go to Rimini another time, this is the place we'd choose to stay in again. The host doesn't speak english, but he's very friendly and tries to be helpful with everything you need. I recommend residence Igea to everyone who visits Rimini :)
