The hotel is successfully located right next to the sea, it is part of the central part of the Marina Centro and at the same time the quieter part of the embankment begins here. We stayed in a room with a sea view (added a balcony view). It's nice to wake up and fall asleep watching the adriatic waves. The hotel is clean, has a pleasant atmosphere, has its own parking lot, its own swimming pool with a shower. In the hotel, all the staff are friendly and very polite staff at the reception and breakfast. Mrs. Claudia from the reception is always ready to help, and the waiter Mr.Vincenzo takes care of literally every guest at breakfast. The hotel is suitable for families with children, elderly people, or single parents. It's safe here. There is a safe in the room. There is even such a thing as a drying rack for beach clothes on the balcony.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent but the biggest factor of our enjoyment of our stay was the extremely friendly staff, they could not do enough for us. From the guys on reception down to the cleaners they were fantastic, we will definitely stop at The Metropole the next time we stay at Rimini.

Only a minor disappointment was the fact that the pool shut for the last 4 days of our stay due to it being the end of season and we had not been told so beforehand. It did not stop our enjoyment of our stay here though

Hotel is in the first row on the beach, next to mini markets, shops and restaurants. It is near to the city centre, which you can easily reach by bike or bus. Hotel is clean and comfortable, if offers good breakfast in the dining room overlooking the sea. Stuff is very accommodating and nice and ready to help. Swimming pool is nice, some chairs are available but not many. Next to the hotel is parking place for 10 EUR per day. Chairs and umbrella on the beach are 20 EUR per day. Comfortable stay next to the beach, good value for the price.

Swimming pool is not heated, but the temperature is not too cold.

An exceptional stay for the price! The accommodation exceeded our expectations – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to the cleaning service – everything was spotless, and their work truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend!

Location is perfect,staff very kindfull and ready to help, breakfast was good. Very big and good parking, swimming pool is aveliable, and everything is not too far from hotel.

Room inventory (night tables, closet, windows),everythig was a little bit dusty. Also bathroom need better maintenance.

A huge thank you to the team: from reception to breakfast and housekeeping, they were all very, very, very friendly and made all our wishes come true! We were delighted with the Italian charm from the moment of the check-in until the check-out! Thank you one more time for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect!

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean. The breakfasts were very good and the hotel itself was in great location as it was close to the sea as well as close to the shops and loads of restaurants which made it convenient place to stay for a holiday.

The swimming pool was closed most of the time but it was really nice either ways.

Everything was perfect, the location - a few steps from the beach, daily cleaning, generous breakfast, all the hotel staff very kind, especially Claudia from the reception who was very nice! We will definitely come back here

The hotel is by the sea. The rooms are clean, have a balcony. The staff is friendly. They have a lot of parking. There are many shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

It's a shame the pool wasn't open yet.

We were on vacation at the Metropol Hotel from 01.09.2022 to 10.09.2022. The breakfast was included. The rooms in the hotel were good, cleaning daily, everything is very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was not so fancy, but was quite enough and has sweets, vegetable salads, herbs, fruits. There were cheezes, tomatoes, apples, melon and pineapple peaces, pizza slices. And one more bonus: free bikes! We had a lot of bike rides and fun. We were very satisfied with our hotel stay!

It would be better if sunbeds on the beach were included in the price of all rooms. And because of this, they were cheaper.
