We were just passing through Rimini and stopped here overnight due to its free parking facility and central location. The hotel though looking dated is perfectly clean and the elderly couple who runs it are very welcoming & helpful. Wiam on reception is also lovely. The lady owner made me unsalted scrambled eggs due to my blood pressure. Breakfast consists mainly of a variety of cakes but there are yoghurt, fruits, ham & cheese etc too. The noise insulation from outside traffic is not sufficient for light sleepers like me but the upside is the balcony with view towards the sea. There is a mini frige but sadly the 2 bottles of water & a carton of juice in it are not complimentary.

We had 2 connecting rooms and it was perfect. Having 2 bathrooms was a great convenience, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, nice balconies, fresh air blowing through, plenty of closet space and hangers, close to beach, restaurants, grocery, 5-10 minute taxi ride to train station or 20 minute walk (Tip: ask hotel to get taxi for you because online/app doesn’t work or try calling the taxi center directly). Great staff with a little English, helpful and friendly, great breakfast. About 20-30 minute walk to city center

It’s a great location, clean and the rooms are serviced daily, breakfast was good.

On arrival the owner said I should have booked a bigger room with all our luggage, our room was a triple room which had a connecting room for our adult daughter and the room was more than adequate for the 3 of us, I found that to be rude of the owner,the fridge in our room did not work so I told the owner and her reply was the one in the connecting room is working , also issues with the TV. no satellite working for English TV, these are small things that mean a lot, I would not stay here again as there are many more hotels in the area.

Communication with the lady from reception was very good ! Very helpful with all our requests and advises where to eat , what to see near by . The owners so friendly and they were making sure you are feeling good in the hotel . Rooms spacious , comfortable, clean daily . We even received some plates for snacks and glasses for wine . You can leave your luggage if you need after check out for couple of hours . Thank you for lovely hosting villa luigia 👌

The location is very good - beach is 5 minutes walk and train station about 15-20 minutes. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. There were some necessities given: soup, toothbrush, 3in1 shower gel, shower cap and slippers. Breakfast was delicious and had all the basic meals. Employees were very friendly even though some had difficulty speaking English but at the end we communicated what we needed.

It would have been nice if the double bed were actually double bed, not the two beds pushed together because sometimes that was uncomfortable.

Location is very good,very close to main street,beach . Room was very clean and well maintained during the stay. In general pretty good value for money .

Hotel is a bit outdated,if you looking for something modern - it is not for you,but if it does not bother you it’s great choice,because of perfect location and clean room’s. Breakfast - for us it was not the best , if you like sweat food it’s ok,because you have plenty pies and sweat things.i would give 5/10 for breakfast, you don’t get many options what to eat,but again it’s good enough to have nice holiday !!!

The owners were very kind and helpful, the location was amazing, very close to the sea. The apartment was overall clean and the balcony was very spacious.

We got an apartment at one of their other buildings, which was different from the room we had selected. Some of the furniture and the shower were a bit older than expected, and the walls had a damp smell, so that could be improved.

Stylish Italian city hotel, in my opinion one of the most beautiful I could visit. I expected exactly this kind of hotel to stay for couple of days in Rimini. Amazing family, which I suppose owns and runs the hotel, it was pleasure to have small talk with all of them every day. We enjoyed our stay, we really did. This hotel and the owners represented the best old times and we appreciated it. Grazie mille.

Breakfast was rich, incl. amazing peaches, apricots and nectarines, but focused mainly on sweet kind of breakfast, which is actually typical for Italy and we respect it. Anyway more choices of pastry, ham, salami, sausages, cheese (or at least different kindes each morning) would be nice. It is not complaint, please, I do not want to break your hearts, only to help to improve something if possible.

The hotel is perfectly situated right next to what's the most important: beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a short walk from main bus/train station or city center. The Staff is very friendly, we could leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and we were given our room 1 hour before official check-in. The breakfast has everything you can think of: bread rolls, cheese, ham, croissants, many different cakes, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, milk. They also offer tea, various coffees and omlette. The room was clean, towels were changed everyday, in the bathroom there were toothbrushes, soaps, shower gels and slippers. AC was working fine. Small fridge was also useful. On the balkony there was a table and chairs. Honestly, for a short stay we couldn't ask for anything else.

Due to the fact that the hotel is situated on a busy street it gets loud at night so I'd recommend taking earplugs with you. The bed was too soft for me but it depends on individual preferences.

The hotel is close to the sea and not too far from the city center. The city center can be reached on foot or by bus. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. The breakfast is good. There is yogurt, ham, cheese, rolls, cakes, dry breakfast, jam. They also cook omelettes or scrambled eggs, according to your request. Excellent coffee.

There was no internet for a few days, but then the hosts fixed everything.
