Great hotel in an ideal location right by the beach with fabulous ocean views and great facilities close by including a large supermarket, restaurants & various shops. The accommodation was good, it included a spacious living area with a sofa bed, kitchen facilities & dining table. A modern bathroom and a good size bedroom with sliding doors onto the sea facing balcony. Reception staff were great, very helpful & friendly. Upon request they supplied an electric kettle, toaster & ironing facilities. For a 3 star hotel, it met our expectations and was excellent value for money.

A few more sockets in the kitchen area would have be helpful.

We got a nice beach-view apartment with balcony, clean rooms and bathroom. The Wi-Fi was free and reasonably fast. The location couldn't be any better. The hotel is right on the beach in a very nice neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and also a grocery store right across the street. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful. Covered parking is available.

We liked everything, but it would have been nice to not pay extra for parking or/and for sunbeds on the beach.

Very central location in Rimini, on site parking (for a reasonable fee) and all amenities we could need in the accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Nothing really, but we did have cause to use the emergency number - which went to voicemail and nobody returned our call. Fortunately we managed to resolve matters ourselves, but not great that there was no response.

Private parking underground is a big advantage, even if it costs 15 EUR/day and it is quite narrow space. Elevator goes directly to upper floors, which is a big help for luggage. Located on the beach, with beautiful view from the balcony. Street in front has restaurants and supermarket is just across the street.

Apartment door was not perfectly isolated so there was some noise heard from the street.

The location is just perfect. Right on the beach, across the street of a good supermarket (that also has good cooked food), close to everything. The staff was friendly, the apartment was clean and quite spacious and the kitchen well equipped.

The only issue we had was with a neighbor that listened to the tv at a very high volume until late, and due to the thin walls we could hear it extremely loud.

The apartments are well equipped, clean and the view is just amazing. Everyone at the reception was super nice. The location is also very good, so much to see in walking distance! I highly recommend this place for bigger families, we got 2 apartments on the same floor.

The apartman is big enough and since it has windows to both sides of the building can be ventillated quickly. The view from the terace is good. The parking is narrow but doable. The promenade starts just before the residence, so you won't have to fight with cars and scooters when you go to the beach or for a walk. The hosts were very nice.

The Bounty restaurant/night club is just a few dozen meters away, so till mindnight or even later you will feel as the band is playing just for you in your own room. As we were on a holiday I didn't mind it for this week, but for kids or bad sleepers I wouldn't recommend.

Room size was excellent. For 2 persons with 1 infant and 1 big dog, the one bedroom sea facing apartment was excellent. Lots of space. Location is also good. On Main Street in front of the sea. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Great location, sea view, garage. Everyone working there are very nice and always in a good mood. Kitchen has all the things that you need, room looks a lot like apartment you could actually live in for longer period of time. If you don’t like music then this isn’t the best place for you, because a lot is happening around, but for us was perfect when we could sit on the balcony late at night and listen to live band.

Good location and seawiew. The appartment size is comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Noicy central heater. Little small shower. The kitchen's water heater not compatible with any plug, not possible to use. There was no sponge and any liquid for dishwasing.
