Very close to the beach and to the walking zone. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room wasn't very spacious and the balcony is very small.

The accommodation is quite basic but very clean. The room was small but clean and comfortable with cleaning service. I only stayed 2 nights. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Only 20 minute from train station and through a nice park. Breakfast was a selection of meat, cheese, bread, croissants and cakes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful freshly renovated hotel. Very clean and cozy. Perfect linen, pillows, and the mattress. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast. Great location: sea - 5 mins on foot, airport - 15 mins by car, central railway station - 20 min on foot, Miramare express station - 7 mins on foot, old town - 20 min on foot. We will return for sure.

Weak water pressure in the shower and it takes time to wait for cold water in the sink's faucet - warm water flowing everytime.

The warm welcome, the excellent communication with hotel personnel, their hospitality and responsiveness, as well as all the useful information provided by them about visiting San Marino, the 24-hour front desk, the perfect location (close to the train station, close to public transport, close to a supermarket, close to the beach, close to the old town), the good breakfast, the room cleanness, the proper functionality of AC, the quiet area, and the great value for money are strong reasons for determining me and my wife to say that we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Italia and that we would be delighted to return. We appreciated a lot the responsibility and responsiveness of the ladies working at the front desk; the way they do their job ought to be regarded with respect, because this makes the difference between effective hospitality and selling accommodation services.

The size of the rooms and bathrooms might not be appreciated by some persons, together with the pretty outdated furniture and the lack of a fridge and of a tea / coffee kettle. The last ones are not needed, because the bar downstairs is accessible 24-hours a day, while the others are compensated by the above-mentioned positive factors.

The breakfast was very full of sugar and low in nutrition (cakes and syrupy juice etc.). The location was quite far from the station and middle of town but reasonably close to the beach.

The cleanliness in the hotel was very good. We had an excellent breakfast, with a variety of foods. The room we booked was bright, we had large windows with absolutely no curtains, as in the bathroom also, through which we could admire the cityscape and the neighbors could admire us. ;)

Location is suitable. Easy access from central train station by foot or by bus. Breakfast was good. Personal was kind and responsive. Perfect air conditioner. Clean towels. Big wardrobe. А large number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Excellent connection to the buses to San Marino if you plan to visited.

Our bathroom was small but can be used. Our room was also small.

The hotel is close to main station but to get there is quite long way. We have not chceked it so we were a bit disappointed.
