The service was very good. The lady at the reception helped us with everything we needed. She gave us information about almost everything. She could speak English as well even though I was comfortably communicating in Italian with her. She helped us with the transportation to San Marino and to the airport also. She gave us tips and recommendations. Very satisfied. The room was very clean. Location was perfect. Close to the sea. And close to the train station and the city centre also. We could walk basically everywhere. No need for public transportation.

Everything!!! I don't know where to start, the staff is very kind, the hotel is extra, the rooms are clean, spacious and air-conditioned, bed's are very comfortable, the yard is beautiful. The beach is very close, just 5 minutes walk from the hotel (is there even that much) fine sand, comfortable sunbeds. The price of the sunbeds was 20 euros for an umbrella with two sunbeds or 26 euros for an umbrella with three sunbeds. An enormously long beach and the promenade is about 5 km from one side to the other. However, everyone who wants to visit Rimini should also walk to the old town.

Nothing, everything was beautiful!

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. My room was basic, but comfortable and value for money, perhaps the shower could have been a little better, but otherwise no complaints. Location was perfect, just 200m a 5 min walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Bus to the main train station was also very close by. It was also easy to walk or bike through the park towards the centre.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to the beach and cycle/pedestrian park (Parco Maria Callas) yet quiet location. Always a lime bike or scooter nearby for easy transit to the Palacongressi di Rimini conference centre. Air conditioning was a lifesaver during the recent heatwave.

If you are there for work or a conference, breakfast doesn't start early enough (7.30 am). No fridge.

Price was really budget friendly. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is perfect if you are there for beach and sea, but also ok if more focused on the city centre. Espresso is really good and front yard is nice to chill.

Room, especially bathroom would benefit from some renovation. They are fine and well maintained but ready for investment. On the other side that would probably affect the price so it is fair trade off at the moment.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the beach. They also offer bikes for a low price. The price was also very cheap when we booked (77€ for 2 nights for a double room), so we were really happy with what we got.

The room was a bit small, but totally fine if you’re not staying for too long or spending most of your time in the city / on the beach. Our bathroom was a bit older and the shower door didn’t close properly, but it was fine.

The location was great, very near the shops and the seafront, with lots of good bars and restaurants very nearby. Also, what really made the trip special was the very friendly and helpful staff, especially Marci, Giovanni and Chiara. They were all brilliant and cheery for the entirety of our stay of four days.

Nothing bad to say about it.

Cozy hotel in a peaceful neighborhood within a short walking distance from the beach, restaurants and train station. Friendly staff is present 24h and gave good recommendations on restaurants nearby. Also the possibility of late check-in was really useful. Breakfast is not a typical buffet, rather there is a possibility to choose from a salty or a sweet meal which were both good in quality and size.

We had a twin/double room and the beds were clearly two separate single beds arranged next to one another with a thin mattress on top, hence they easily got separated and a big crack between mattresses could be seen/felt. Hairdryer in the bathroom worked well, though the handle fell and the machine started running on its own a few times couple of minutes after having used it. Another minor thing to note for late sleepers is that the daily cleaning was usually done already shortly after 10am.

I arrived pretty late due to flight and train delays, but there was no problem checking in at 11pm. Check-in was simple and all they needed was the passport. There's a city tax which wasn't charged until check out My room was on the 2nd floor and there's a lift. The ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink, with towels provided. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was no problem getting hot water. The room also has a desk, but no chair. The staff were kind enough to get me a chair after I made a request for one. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a garden and lots of seating sheltered under gazebos. On a sunny day, it’s lovely to sit in the courtyard. The room had a small balcony with just enough room to stand and overlooked the courtyard. Pleasant, but not all that useful. There's WiFi throughout the hotel, with no problem getting a signal anywhere on the hotel grounds. It worked well. Location wise, the hotel is 10 minutes walk to the beach, beaches 28 to 32 if walking directly towards the sea, about 15 minutes to Rimini FS train station and about 20 minutes walk into town. The building is in an area mix of residential housing and converted hotels. Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are slightly old fashioned, but comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. For the price paid, there’s not a lot to complain about.

The room was supposed to be a double, but the bed was obviously two singles pushed together. The mattress was soft. Although it was comfortable enough, it was uncomfortable where the two mattresses joined.

I just needed a stay near the train station where I could check-in late (around midnight), crash for the night, get up early and catch the San Marino bus. Not only did this place tick all my boxes but the cleanliness and comfort of it were above my expectations too. The gentleman at the reception couldn’t speak English well, but he was very kind and we managed just fine at the end.

As you’d expect, rooms don’t have AC (at least mine didn’t) so it can get a little too warm. Walls must be thin too, if you’re a light sleeper other people can also be of disturbance especially if your room is near the entrance.
