Breakfast was a simple Italian style, perfectly acceptable. The room (19) was large with modern furniture, full length mirror, TV, small refrigerator for your snacks or cans. The room was clean and serviced every day with plenty of towels, they are taking the eco options, new if you want or re-use. The air-con was great (and needed) and was Whisper quiet so you could relax/sleep with it on. The room had double glazing so was nice and quiet with very little noise at night. The outside space was relaxing and you could have sun or shade surrounded by Marco's well loved plants/shrubs. Talking of Marco and indeed his wife Roberta they are an amazing couple. I am a very well seasoned traveller and stayed in 5* luxury down to basic b&b's throughout the world.This is a small family run hotel in Typical Italian style and in a perfect location near the shops bars and restaurants and a 5 minutes walk to the promenade and beach. I can honestly say that Marco and Roberta are the best hosts I have ever had. Absolutely nothing is any trouble for them and they talk to you, not just "hello good morning ". I will say that you arrive as a guest and you will leave as friends.

What a gem this hotel is! Lovely, kind people. The room had everything I needed, and it was cleaned daily. The location is right off the promenade, but on a quiet street that smells like jasmine. Excellent value for money.

The owner of the hotel were amazingly nice and make our stay just like at home. The room was clean and the breakfast were fine. Thank you!

The mattress was a little bit hard and the air conditioner was noisy and a bit difficult to sleep with it's on

Great location, very close to the sea. The hotel has a Mediterranean feel and is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

The rooms are simple and without too many frills. Breakfast is not the best option.

Breakfast was ok with some sweet and savoury options. I would have expected some brown bread too (not only white) and plain yogurt. Considering that it is a 3 stars hotel anyway, I can't rate it badly. Just more of a suggestion :)
