We arrived at the hotel on New Year's Eve. It is far from the train station on foot and with luggage. They welcomed us kindly and invited us to a New Year's Eve dinner and champagne, which was a great surprise, we were very happy about it. The room was very small and had no balcony, even though I booked a room with a balcony in the reservation. I didn't want to spoil the mood by complaining, it was late, it could have been a full house. There was quite a lot of crosstalk from neighboring rooms and corridors. The breakfast is very plentiful, with a wide variety of delicious food. Our luggage was looked after while we explored San Marino. Overall we were satisfied. It hurt a bit that we didn't get a room like the one we booked.

It was very good choise. Perfect place - near beach, the promenade, shops and etc. The room and bath was small, but I was there only at night so it was ok. I was surprised with breakfest, there were a lot of choises of difrent dishes. And of course, team at reception was really polite and helpfull.

One night of stay I had loud neighborns.

Marvellous breakfasts, always very yummy, comfortable bed, very nice hardworking staff, perfect location by the sea, close to the centre, and by a great restaurant too... Very easygoing owner willing to help his customers. The room had air-conditioning.

The shower. Not flexible, fixed high up,can't really wash well nor in a pleasant way. Too small shower corner...luckily we weren't too big... The air-conditioning was loud so we had troubles sleeping while it was on ... The room's window shutters were over their best... it wasn't possible to roll them up and go to the balcony at first,it got at least half fixed. Allover, room cleaning maybe done way too well and too often... I don't need a new bedsheet every other day and towels everyday...waste of energy...but I guess that is what hotels do... :( Btw, heating shouldn't be by the ceiling.....physics.

Overall, everything was good: the location is great, beaches are nearby, the train station is a 20-minute walk, breakfasts are very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and has everything you need, like a fridge.

The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but overall it's tolerable.

The hotel is nice and perfectly located: 3 min to the beach, 1 min to the main walking street with all cafes, shops and restaurants. The bus stop is just on the other side of the road. The room was clean but small. Absolutely ok for 2 adults but it could be a challenge with kids. But definitely worth the money.

The location is great. 1-2 minutes walk away from some of the best beaches in Rimini. The breakfast is one of the most diverse I've ever had and better than what most hotels offer.

The internet in public areas was great. But I would ask first if it reaches your room.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the sea. It's not far to the main square either. The breakfasts were delicious and filling.

The location is great and has a lot of restaurants and cafes near. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast nice.
