We liked pretty much everything about our stay. It's a budget hotel and we had everything we would have expected. The room was small, but had a good double bed, a big wardrobe, a chair, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. There was also a TV that we did not use. Our room was located on the top floor of a 4- floor building and it was a corner room, which ensured maximum privacy. The key to our stay was the air conditioner, which we had to pay extra for, but which was definitely worth the money for a couple that is not quite used to the Italian summer. The staff was also very helpful and made our bedroom on the second day (we didn't want it made on the third). The location of a hotel is perfect for a holiday in Rimini as it is a short walk from the main promenade and hence the beach. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station. It's surrounded by houses and hotels and is located in a quiet residential area.

The only drawbacks were the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom, and the lack of WiFi in the bedroom. WiFi worked well in the reception area, but not in the rooms.

Our company stayed in Rimini for a work event. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond on the final day to arrange a taxi when it seemed very unlikely. They were lovely people.

The wi-fi was weak. Hardly worked. This really is the only downside. But it had a negligible impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

I loved the location of it. It was close to everything and we were able to move around at all times. The room was very clean and we didnt have any problems during our stay

Its not something i didnt like in particular about what the property. For the money, and the location of it, to me it matters the cleanliness and the modesty of the hotel doesnt bother me

Small, clean, nice hotel in a great location. Just 5 minutes from the beach, cafees and shops and 10 minutes from the old city centre. The only complaint is the thin walls, when you have noisy neighbors.

Noise

Location was phenomenol. There was a park at the end of the road, if you turn right it's 5 minutes to the beach strip, left it's 10 miniutes to the old town. Very clean too.

Being woken up by the cleaners! I had to get a local travel plug because they have 3 pin horizontal plugs. The first shop on the beach strip sells adaptors for 3 euros.

All was better then we thought. Lady on reception was friendly, conditioner worked so good (we red some comments that told that it's not working) and it was actually clean in rooms!

Hairdryer burned after 30 seconds of using that, not enough sockets. At least everything was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, they were flexible with the check-in and check-out times

There was a problem with our room due to a water leak but it was resolved very quickly and easily, we changed rooms and there were no more problems afterwards

The place , the reception people , the receiving , I came early but told them we were tired and they made us check in . Super nice and provided us with everything

Nothing

It's a good, simple, not expensive hotel close both to the station and the sea. In the middle between the city and the beach, so the situation of it is really convenient. The lady at the reception was very caring and helpful.
