Location, pool, beds, space, wardrobes, balcony, helpful and kind staff, private parking under the house. Just everything you need.

The chairs on the terrace become quite uncomfortable when sitting for a longer time. They’re wooden and narrow, and start pressing into your thighs. However, this can be solved with a towel or by bringing a more comfortable chair from the kitchen. It’s also a bit of a pity that there’s no umbrella or retractable shades on the terrace. During sunset, the sun can get pretty intense, shining directly onto the terrace the whole time — but this is quite subjective.

Apartment in an ideal location. Right in the center, close to the promenade and yet in a quiet area. spacious rooms, large terrace with a view on the city. The service was very nice and helpful, both at reception and cleaning staff. the swimming pool on the roof is amazing. we will definitely come back!

There could be more chairs in the living room and a sunbed or armchair on the terrace - something more comfortable to relax in.

We missed microwave. It would be good to have some elementary thing as sugar, salt, tea. It does not cost much but makes your stay more pleasant. Also I don't understand why they charge you in addition if you arrive after 7 pm.... Should be more flexible

Non necessarily a dislike but it would be great to have sun umbrella at the pool and perhaps longer opening hours.

Great location. Reception Staff are excellent, always very helpful. Love having a good sized balcony for breakfast and dinner. Rooftop pool was bonus.

Sofa is very hard. Otherwise well stocked.

The apartment was lovely (Superior 2 bedroom) very spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners were really helpful and kind.

A kettle for tea and coffee would be a really useful addition and a mirror in the second bedroom :-)

We had a great time in Rimini and Residence Delphina was the perfect base for our stay. Far enough away from the waterfront to be nice and quiet but still easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Not that we visited the beach as much as we planned as my daughter didn't want to leave the rooftop pool!

Lovely staff and apartment was in a lovely area but it could have been so much better with a little thought.

Facilities were lacking. No kettle/microwave as stated. Tiny coffee maker. No corkscrew or ice cube trays. Only two pans. Freezer awful. Listing said toiletries supplied but this amounted to a sachet of shampoo and a tiny bar of soap each. Very odd. Air con only just tolerable. Pool lovely but no shade!
