The pool is a lovely size although slightly cold when first enter, good for swimming & once acclimatised enjoying. The location great for getting from/to airport walking but very few planes so little disturbance at hotel. The metro/trambus close to get into main Rimini & the beach short walk.. trains good to Bologna etc close & we did bus to San Marino too which is a pretty city & nice day trip.

The price of spa was off-putting €20 per person for only 1.5 hours was not inviting, maybe could offer one in certain length of stay to see if worth it, seemed a wasted facility that looked ok.

We enjoyed the staying because the apartment was provided clean and tidy with all family needs: fully equipped kitchen (washing machine included), dining, bedrooms, bathroom with shower, 3 TV and a spacious balcony. Towels for bath and pool as complimentary.

As suggestion, the cleaning services and bed sheet should be provided free of charge at least once/twice a week.

The facility was as pictured in the booking guide. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We need to take the tram into the city and the lady at the desk sold us the tickets and explained their use and location of the tram station. The pool was large, clean and a nice place to relax if you didn't want to go to the beach which was about 1000 yards and 5 minutes walk.

Guests in the apartments to either side of us had children who yelled and screamed until almost midnight. There was no attempt to enforce quiet hours. One of the guests in the apartment next to us left their trash outside their door and I finally took it to the trash bin outside the facility as it was beginning to smell. Still not a reason not to stay!!

Very nice apartment, out of crowded Rimini. The apartment is very close to Metromare, easy way to go to city center ( for just 1.5 EUR, the ticket you can buy in the bus).The apartment is well equipped - everything what you need in kitchen, iron, air conditioning in all rooms. We had very nice sea view from our apartment at 5th floor. All guests can use swimming pool with bar (you can order there aperol spiritz for just 4 EUR). The bicycles were available (first 4 hours for free). If we go to Rimini, we will come back to apartment.

For me it was ok, however the apartment is around 0.5km from the beach (the beach 150- the last one in Rimini). The Rimini airport is very close, but the planes you can hear only during weekdays.

Clean, modern, great looking apartment complex with all utilities you need and best value for money and weekend stay. Staff was amazing and helped us with a lot of info. It is also very close to the airport within walking distance.

Not all facilities are free: outside pool yes, spa no. The location is about 6 km to Rimini but there is a special bus line that takes you there in around 15 mins.

Good location, not far from airport, not far from the sea, can see it from the window. Kitchen well equipped. At the reception there is a bar, cheap drinks. Breakfast available for 6 eur per person, can choose from three different menus. Overall great experience.

I do have only one word here: Amazing!!! Great calm location on the edge of Rimini and Riccione, not far from seaside, very nice apartment complex with super nice pool, very nice stuff, dog friendly. Spent there best week in my life.

clean, comfortable, v helpful English speaking staff. v convenient for the trolley bus along the coast.

only blip was that our washing machine didn’t work but there’s a laundry in the basement you can use.

The apartment was perfect - cozy and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen equipment and all the dishes were everything that was needed.

The internet connection was poor.

Kind and willing staff, greate locality close to airport and the sea. Nice swimming pool.
