Location is amazing, rooms are very nice except the ones called mansarda, those have no windows on the walls except for one on the ceiling, avoid at any cost, I changed it for a junior suite and it was amazing, restaurants are good quality, food is amazing and good service as well.

Adding breakfast at check in was a very good idea as it was ample! Very good location close to metro/buses and airport shuttle.

If you are on a motorcycle or driving into Rome, this hotel is really well located: it's close to the Rome ring road, out of restricted areas, and within walking distance from the metro to visit Rome's main attractions. Parking is on open ground, but it's free and the premises have 24/7 access control and security personnel.

As expected, the "Hotiday" rooms are the worst ones in the hotel. They are located on the 4th floor, and the main elevators work only up to the 3rd floor. My room only had a sky window (Velux) style and parts of it had a very low ceiling. The bathroom in particular was very low and I banged my head a few times. The restaurant of the hotel is very small, and there are not many options around in the neighborhood, so be sure to book it in advance. Also, the breakfast is far from exceptional, and they will try to pressure sell it to you when you arrive, giving you a heavy discount if you purchase all days upfront. Stay away from it and go have a nicer and cheaper breakfast in one of the Rome cafeterias.

Our room was on the 4th floor, and we didn’t like it because it was on the rooftop. There was a small window on the ceiling side, and during the day, there was a lot of noise coming from the floors. Overall, we were not satisfied with the room. The building, gardens, and facilities look great, but the economy room we stayed in was old and small. Other than that, everything else was good.

The hotel itself is nice and has a restaurant and bar on site for when you don't feel like going. Albeit not in the city center, the metro is less than 10 mins walk away, and so is the shuttle airport (at only £7 ) , so quiet convenient.

The room itself was overpriced and overrated. Nothing 4* about it: 1. The room is quite small with no place to put your luggage. If you are traveling as a couple, then it's going to be a squeeze, especially if you have large suitcases 2.. The bathroom is old with mildew, which makes it look not so clean, especially when you first see it 3. The shower is tiny and also with unsightly mildew 4. I must have picked the short straw because I got a room with one of those roof windows, which was great for letting the sun in during the day for insulation (since the heating didn't work), but a nightmare in the morning because as soon as the sun.comes up, the light comes into the room so no chance of sleeping in a bit 5. I'm not sure if the room I was allocated was situated next to a work room or something, but very early every morning, I got woken up by these loud,.unbearable bangs. This was extremely annoying 6. There's a tea station, but only given 4 tea bags and 4 sachets of sugar on arrival. Never replenished throughout the stay. Also got 1 bottle.of water on arrival, which was never replenished 7. Also when I booked, I saw something about the fitness centre, which I couldn't access. So read the fine print! If a 4* experience is what you're looking for, then this is NOT it! Trust me! PS: This is the lowest booking.com rating I've ever given, because I generally try to manage my expectations so for me to give such a low rating means I was really disappointed.

At the arrival the temperature in the room was extremely hot and there was no window to open. The doors were not working properly so you need a powerful push to open them. There is a window at the ceiling of the room but you can’t open it neither cover so the light enters your room during the night
