The room was clean and the stuff was friendly and nice. The hotel has a beautiful big garden with wonderful sculptures and flowers. The bed was perfectly comfortable and big enough. The breakfast was above our expectations with all variety of foods (salty, sweet things , vegetables etc.).The room has also a hair dryer. We will definitely come back again.

Maybe the drinking options for the breakfast could be improved with quality fruit juices. The shower head had scale and it did not let run the water from it properly.

I was looking for a simple hotel room for just one night so I could be closer to the Treviso airport. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Now I know that it is the perfect choice for a longer holiday because of its location and offer - a place where you will have a good rest and recharge your batteries while exploring the nearby cities. I especially liked the fact that the hotel has a spacious free parking for its guests (some hoteliers forget this).

The hotel is staffed at all hours, which was fortunate since our arrival was unexpectedly delayed until midnight. We were still able to check in quickly and get to our room. The hotel is modern and comfortable. We knew we had to depart very early, so booked the room without breakfast. The room rate was very reasonable.

The location was did not have much nearby and was not particularly scenic.

It was an overnight stop we've bookmarked to use again. The staff (owners?) were friendly. Overall it is clean, quiet and the garden very nice and relaxing. We arrived early enough to get a covered parking bay. There was a small gym which was great to relax with after a day's driving. We left feeling a little sorry that we didn't go for the breakfast - but we also left before 7am and didn't expect it to be open so early. We were also impressed with the small local town, the cafes (for breakfast) and pizza takeaway (for evening meal) were great too.

No negatives

Everything was far beyond my expetatiion, breakfast cleaning and I have to stress that Smart television was the best I have seen in any hotel !!!

Very narrow space on parking lot it's very difficult to get out if you park side by side with another car. Another very disturbing thing is external light in cortyard... lights All night and make you a problem if you sensitive

Decent room conditions and a good stay for one night stop in the way to the Dolomites - La Marmolata. Could be a good stay also for visiting Venice (there's a train every 30 min from Treviso station).

Limited choices at breakfast but I guess this is typical for an Italian start of the day (they would take only a croissant + an orange juice + a cafe).

The room was spotlessly clean, comfy beds and the tall, thin lady helping me with a smile with all my needs

The shorter woman at the reception had a finger in every pie and I assume that was the reason why she barked at customers. She moved around doing all chores together and looking really stressed out. Coffe at breakfast is awful, cold and tasteless

Super friendly people! Helped us while we were stranded due to our broken car. Made special dinner while kitchen was closed, tried to aranged a taxi late evening and early morning and managed to do so and everthing with a smile! Verry thankfull for this wonderfull woman!! Grazie!! Hotel itself is also nice! Verry beautifull garden with a pont, river, flowers and even a playground for (our) childeren.

I loved everything. If I could give 20 stars, I would. The staff is super kind, the hotel room was sparkly clean and the general surroundings of the room were beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and affordable. The garden is one of the most beautiful gardens I've ever seen. All in all, I'm so happy with my stay here that I will definitely come back.

There's nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast is excellent, and substatntial, rooms are clean, TV are widescreen and big, so excellent and the park and environment is also excellent. Highly recommended stay.

Minibar was not cold, and air conditioning system does not work between 10 am until 16 pm, in the heat, (but maybe this is law in Italy, no info )
