Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! The apartment exudes charm, with its beautifully curated decor and thoughtfully designed spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could need, making it effortless to prepare meals. Its prime location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from delightful restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, and the convenient Vaporetto terminal, allowing for seamless exploration of the city. Giulia, who manages the rental apartments, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked, she reached out well in advance to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of, even arranging smooth and stress-free airport transfers. Her warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made our experience all the more enjoyable, as she was readily available to assist with any questions throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this stunning apartment and its wonderful surroundings. Given the chance, I would return in a heartbeat!

Location is great. Spacious property with a terrace. Good large smart TV. Discounts (10%) given for nearby restaurants.

No cover on icebox in fridge and no ice trays provided. Charge (10 euro per bag) for storing luggage after checkout. We found settee uncomfortable though other people may find it absolutely fine.

The apartment was exceptionally beautiful, the terrace was incredible. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back here again. The location is superb and the coop downstairs was perfect for extra shopping bits. The museo vaporetto stop was on the doorstep and perfect for hopping on and off. The ladies downstairs were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant downstairs was amazing too. It was all perfect.

Amazing location. All the extras provided eg dish washing liquid, coffee pods, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, kitchen paper napkins, make up removal tissues etc. Apartment was very well appointed. Decor and surfaces were delightful. Colors were great. Terrace furniture was wonderful. Easily operated air-conditioning and fantastic lighting throughout. Even some books/guides about the local area which are a must (and other Italian hosts have totally omitted).

We had to leave! Didn't want to and hope we can stay again for our next visit as it was delightful!

Great location in a quiet setting easy to get to Venice using the Ferry.

You advertised hosting 2 couples. The bed in the kitchen was a pull out couch and it was very uncomfortable.

Stylish and location

Expensive for what it was, no pillows for my sons bed, couldn’t access Wi-Fi sufficiently, no teabags provided and wasn’t allowed into place until 3pm despite it raining so had to shelter elsewhere for an hour (despite paying 300 for the accommodation)!

Coops grocery store is right below the apartment so we made our own breakfast and dined on the balcony. Everything is within walking distance .. busy during the day but lovely and quiet to walk around in the evening.

Would have been spectacular if the top apartment was available on our dates :D

The apartment we stayed in was amazing! It was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable, and most importantly the location was amazing! We had a view of the water which we loved, and Murano island is not near as busy as Venice, so coming back from Venice at nights was relaxing.

A lot of stairs to climbe but really worth it. Absolutely worth the money, Very nice lady Mer us when arrived and had smooth messaging before arrival. Views were breathtaking.

Location, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, as very easy to get to by water bus. Amazing views of the canal and sunrises.
