There is small local restaurant on the ground. My overall experience is very good. The place is owned by a family and you can feel this very well. All staff is fully engaged and helpful. I arrived in the evening and had superb dinner onsite. If I had to stay overnight in the area again I would choose the place with no doubt.

The location is 30 min driving to the airport and is away from the highway. That's the only downside I experienced.

Private restaurant with rooms for sleeping overnight. Family business, pleasant staff. Good ratio value for money. Close to Noventa Di Piave outlet, highway and Treviso. Very good food with fair prices. You can have dinner and drinks and just go upstairs to sleep without driving. Private parking behind the restaurant.

Breakfast can be better

Quiet surroundings and reasonably priced bungalow stay, nice staff and romantic restaurant. Great secured parking spot right next to the bungalow.

Food was OK, not as good as I expected but this is personal/accidental, of course and I'm sure other guests will have better experiences than I did. My pizza was not thoroughly cooked though and dessert was so-so, I found the house wine rather mediocre, compared to the place I had eaten at the previous night.

Rooms are on the first floor above main restaurant. They are small but with huge shared balcony looking mainly to center of the place - Church. Location of restaurant and apartmants are in the center of place on main cross roads. Very very friendly owners!

Very poor isolation in the rooms so we can easily hear yhe neibours from room next door so we couldnt relax so much in the morning. Also from 7am church bells ring so loud that it could easily wake you up. Owner dont speak perfect english but we could understand each other well enough. Location address from booking is not so correct on Google maps.

Super price to value ratio. Breakfast very good, room perfect for me . Restaurant attached to the hotel, super convenient when you don't want to look around elsewhere. By the way, pizza was fantastic for low price. Parking perfect and safe. This place is worth a recommendation to friends

Very friendly owner who came to let me in as soon as I phoned. Great room with comfy bed, great wifi. Excellent shower. Great restaurant downstairs. Secure parking on site.

Price was a bit high for the single room.

The facility in a very convenient location, parking on site, a great restaurant in the facility, with a large selection of dishes. Room and bathroom spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, well-equipped, very clean, very good wifi. Very good Italian breakfast. Very nice owner and all staff.

Excellent food with unexpected affordable prices. Rustic warm ambient. I am using bidet all the time, and it was first time ever that I found it in hotel, or similar place. Great!

Very nice bath cabin with massage and radio, but it did not work. But bath worked fine.

This is a very nice place with fantastic and nice staff. Very good cuisine and amazing coffee. A safe parking lot perfect for motorcyclists. Best regards and sorry for the broken bed.
