Breakfast was nice. Just get down early as it is good only as supplies last. The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The hotel is doing some work so their was some noise. However, it seemed controlled and the hotel staff was very apologetic for it. They have to do what they have to do.

Everything was wonderful. The reception with Ms. Daniele, and the breakfast with MS. Antonia. they are taking care all my needs very well. always smiling and making sure my stay was excellent. I would recommend and definitely will come back as soon as I can. everything outstanding.

The staff were super helpful. They helped us find a pharmacy on Sunday morning when my colleague got sick and gave us a very helpful late checkout. Then when train back to Venice went on strike, they found a car and driver at a reasonable rate. All really nice people, specially Roberta and Fabio.

Lot of improvement since my last stay! The cleaning is definitely better and always at the same time in the morning, about 11am which suits me very well. Independent air conditioning in the room is top.

Everything was good.

We got there starving after a long bike ride. It was a Sunday and nothing was open all day so we had been eating bars all day. The staff made us plates of cheese and bread and sausage, and included glasses of wine, all free of charge. The room was spare but very clean and comfortable. We were very, very grateful.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. It was our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely book a room again.

The communication between myself and the reservation staff before our arrival was fantastic. I was travelling with my 84 year old mother with mobility needs. When we arrived the hotel had reserved a parking space specially for us and the room was just as I requested

I couldn't increase the temperature of the shower but everything else was fine.

Location near the center

It would be necessary to replace the windows with better ones with better noise insulation, so that the noise from the street does not occur so much.

Old-style structure but perfectly maintained, looks like family-managed. Simple bathroom, but spotless and simply perfect, let's say wonderful, much better than in higher category hotels. Will visit again! :) I would suggest the hotel to publicly adopt and display a Green Policy (free downloadable policies are available online, for instance at greenwill.org).

For an environmental conscious future, I suggest to avoid non-renewable plastic wrapped single portions (in fact, any packaged single portion). The usual excuse of Covid is not valid, as any restaurant is perfectly able to serve food without these over-packaged single portions. Same for room toiletries.

A nice hotel in a good location not far from the main square. the staff were very helpful and overall i would recommend this hotel.
