The location is beautiful and quiet, nice view from the pool, outside area available to spend quality time with the friends. We had a ground floor room with outside sitting area, all very comfortable and clean. Excelent host, very kind and helpful, always doing everything to make our stay as nice as possible. We also had our motorbikes, did every day bike tours in Toscana. Our host prepared a special parking places for the bikes, gave us ideas for the daily trips.

Cleanliness, staff availability, and overall hospitality were excellent. We stayed for just one night and found everything to be well-organized and comfortable. Our room faced the pool, which made for a nice view, though it was still too cold to use the pool at this time of year. The value for money was solid. Still, a pleasant short stay. Recommended. 👍

The only odd aspect was that the in-room fridge couldn’t be used for personal items, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great location for exploring Tuscany. Andrea Bocelli's hometown of Lajatico and the Teatro Del Silenzio are a short, pleasant drive away. Also Pisa, Livorno and other beautiful seaside towns. The hotel offers great views. Nice pool and terraces. Typical good Italian breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. If possible, we recommend a room on the first floor with a terrace. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Tenuta La Lupa — a great place for a peaceful getaway. The property is green, well-kept, and very clean. Quiet and cozy, it really felt like home. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed every moment and didn’t notice any downsides. Would happily return and recommend it to others!

Lovely property and location. Our 1 night stay didn’t give us the chance to enjoy all its facilities, like the beautiful pool and sitting area, but the views from there were simply amazing. Rooms aren’t very spacious but they don’t lack storage. Breakfast, although not extra diverse, was good enough for us- we usually tend to eat little for breakfast. Host was very friendly and accommodating! Definitely a place we would recommend 🫶🏼✅

We spent there 4 days. We had a small dog and paid 10euros. It was really cheap and for that price really good. We were almost all the time alone by the pool. The pool is beautiful and very big. You can easily go to Livorno (about 30min by car) or to a nice town Lucca about 1hour away or to Pisa. There are as well smaller towns near to this place. But everything must be reached by the car.

The breakfast was served from the staff. You get some fruits and a bit of bread, some eggs and many sweet things. The only thing I did not like was that some cheese and ham costs extra ( I do not understand why and it was quite pricey. about 5euros each) We did not take that.

Beautiful off road kind of hotel. The pool was amazing, could be a bit cleaner but we understand it can’t be sparkling every day! Next to that the staff was absolutely lovely! Very kind hearted (even when we asked if they could make us a cappuccino at 22.00 in the evening and nobody was there 😅). We loved it and wish we could’ve stayed longer, thank you!!

Amazing!!, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this time, for the very first time, I take my hat. This place deserves a 6 star. In my world, i give as many stars that I want, period. the lovely couple(managers), the views, the service, the views, the distance from pisa or Florence, the views! Thank you!. Me and my wife left, only wishing we could stay forever!.

Beautiful stone and stucco buildings. Lovely breakfast room and filling breakfast. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Bathroom was nice but shower was very small. GPS was a little off but found the place easily. Pool and views were lovely. Good location just off the hwy for our trip from Rome to Cinque Terre. So peaceful and quiet here. Would stay again!

It was all great. It didn't bother us but no elevator for 3 floors and no fridge in our room for drinks.

The location is quiet and beautiful, remote enough to feel tranquil, but close enough to very good restaurants and beaches. Splendid garden and landscape, delicious breakfast including croissants, eggs, home made marmalade, cappuccino from freshly ground coffee beans, friendly and helpful staff!
