The apartment was very clean and pretty spacious. Parking was free of charge and directly by the property. There is a large supermarket right next to the property (literally in the same building) where you can get what you need. The staff was very friendly; we encountered a charming older lady and a young man who speaks English very well, both were very helpful and nice.

There was no balcony or terrace but that is acceptable for one night sleepover. Air condition was only situated in the main room so you have to leave the door to the bedroom open.

Independent apt but with service as hotel Everybody super friendly Great parking and right next door is a huge supermarket 5 min drive from Rovigo old town ( must have a car) In Rovigo old town may park at Multipiano parking. Great place to be based for a couple of days to visit the south of Veneto

Apartment was very spacious and clean, it was cleaned again every morning. Continental breakfast offered varied options.

Decoration in common areas was very tired. At breakfast we were given paper plates and plastic cups.

Spacious apartment, functioning air-conditioning, strong wifi, quiet in the night, shops literally in the same building, great price.

Breakfast was a bit poor: small breakfast room, too many sweets/cakes, no vegetables, only a few fruits, disposable paper plates. But for the price it was okay.

Residence Delta has surprised me and my family with its friendly and communicative staff. There was no problem with talking in english or our weak italian. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a lot of place in wardrobes. Kitchen equipement is sufficient to cook basic dishes. And the breakfast... Wow. I would have to spend two weeks there to be able to taste every tart, cake or strudel they offered every morning...

The only shortcoming could be a localisation of an object, which is an upper floor of a supermarket. The disadvantage is the neighbourhood is not very interesting and you cannot expect a nice view from the hotel windows. On the other side, due to such a localisation you have a great equipped Aliper supermarket 20 meters from the hotel and a countless number of parking places at your disposal.

I like this place , the staff of that hotel are so amazing , they speak fluent English , parking spaces is too big , hotel room and size are also big , it’s easy for you if you take this room outside the city and early morning travel to Venice , Breakfast of that hotel was so amazing and morning guy of break fast is so much helpful, thanks for giving us good break fast and beautiful hotel , it looks like just your own room , Local store for shopping you will find under the hotel , this hotel will deserve full reviews ,

The hospitality has been taken care of in every detail, the residence is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and high quality holiday. Excellent service.

We didn’t t mention that we are family, thats why the owner planned to accommodate us in 3 bed apartments. But after she recognized that we are family, she gave us big Appartements with two rooms and a kitchen for the same price! ✊🏻 Big respect

The staff of the hotel is super nice, friendly and very helpful. They helped us with any question and request. Also they made us feel very welcomed and we had a wonderful stay and rested well. Another good thing is the living space is very big and can easily fit a family. And the price is very affordable. The location is great because there is a big mall with a huge supermarket and a coffee shop right in front of the hotel's entrance, makes it easy to buy what you need for your stay. Perfect place to rest and enjoy your vacation.

We hired an apartment for one night. The apartment consisted of two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All was fine, rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped. There is a very nice staff at a reception as well as in a restaurant.

A breakfast was very very poor. I'd say the best during breakfast was a super kind personel:-)
