It was a last minute stopover as we had to change our plans due to the weather, so the location wasn't really important and was fine for us. However we wouldn't have chosen it if we wanted to see Rovigo. On the plus side, they were really helpful and allowed us to park the motorcycle in a garage.

Counter lady was friendly and helpful. Night waiter attentive and friendly. Breakfast was nice even without many options you could have a decent ham and cheese sandwich or a nice sweet with yogurt and cereals, nice croissant and butter and a hot cappuccino. Easy for booking and getting a room quickly.

The AC wasn't working so the room became very warm and impossible for resting. The windows were not having a net against mosquitoes.The noise outside late at night and early morning. The mini fridge wasn't working at all.

The room met my needs and the bonus was the balcony of the tree view in autumnal colours.

The wiring needs to be hidden but was safe to use the room.

Nothing. Hotel with restaurant closed and car park like a refuse dump. Bathroom not fit for purpose ie Tiny. On using the shower you flood the bathroom

We have been travelling annually across Europe except the covid years, and this hotel has been the biggest let down.This hotel was a total disappointment. On the description it said that it had all hotel facilities. We booked with that in mind. What a mistake. On first impressions the hotel needs a lot of tender loving care: repainting , upgraded ie new carpets etc. It was a warm night on our stay so we decided that we would stay in and watch TV with the air conditioning . Wrong on both counts neither the TV or air conditioning worked. When queried at reception we were told that neither worked and that was it. CUSTOMER SERVICE NIL. On turning on the taps in the sink in the bathroom both poured dirty brown water . This is not an exaggeration. This is a very disgruntled guest who expects at least an apology from hotel management and some kind of recompense for the discomfort it has caused us.

Very hard to find something to like at this hotel

When I went to the room the cleaning lady just fjnished the room. When I entered I saw that at bathroom were not toiletries so I asked to give me toiletries and her attitude was rude, brought me soap for washing hands and told me “this is a 3 star hotel. The bathroom had no door and furniture is old, balcony door do not close properly and bed was not comfortable.

It is so disgusting, there were mosquitos sticky died on the withe curtin, even I asked to clean it to 3 people of the staff, they ignored me, the cleaning woman told me, "this is normal in Italy". In the description it is clear there are toiletries, so I didn't took mine, but it was just hand soap and toilet paper. I requested shower soap and the woman at the reception told me that the same soap was for hands and body. I used it and my skin was dried like a paper. It is also unprofessional what she did. I return to the room at midnight, to find that they didn't clean the curtain, nor the whole room. I left the towels to be changed o the floor, and found them in the same place, the bed undone, and the plate for the sandwich the night before. At breakfast I asked for eggs, and it was not possible, not even to pay. I can bare the eggs but not the cleaning. It is so disgusting. In addition, there is not wardrobe and the TV signal was terrible

There is no heating in ther room, no central heating and no air conditioning, the hot water pressure was extremely low, the carpet was really dirty and used, the walls are dirty and in the bathroom the painting is coming off the wall. The windows not sealed, the balcony door cannot be closed tightly, the old stylish furniture is the question of taste but it was really used... The heating in November is a minimum and to be able to take a shower is too, the service oayed was not done, it was only a hostel categorie, while paydd a hotel price. Even half of the lighting was not working in the bathroom and the maintenance guy was very rude. The pictures were indicated a wery difference outlook, and we choose according to that.
