The property was perfectly located where we needed to be in order to be able to visit family and visit many attractions on the West side of the Island. Rooms were very nice and super clean as well as having very comfortable beds. Rooms were made up every day and breakfast was perfect. Staff was always available and very polite. Oh! And the grounds were just beautiful! It felt like we were in a Caribbean resort.

Nothing to dislike.

The Baglio Borgesati caters more for weddings rather then an Air b&B or Agritourism. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated and comfortable bedding . We were the only guest at that weekend and they accommodated as very well and prepared a good breakfast . Within in 5 minutes drive you are in a small town of Salemi which has a good few restaurant. If you manage to book a room , I highly suggest a overnight stay.

Barking dogs

This place is gorgeous. We took a cab to the hotel from Palermo, because my grandmother had been born in Salemi and I wanted to see the town. We didn't have a rental car, and didn't realize there weren't any cabs available. The host, Gianinna, was gracious enough to drive us into town to the town hall, and came back to get us when we were done. That was exceptional service. She was exceptionally gracious. We didn't realize there was not a restaurant at the hotel. It is, in fact, an unbelievably beautiful wedding venue with a chef. Gianinna arranged for us to have wonderful meals that were being served at the weddings that were happening there. It was amazing food, and she charged us next to nothing.

We wished there was some kind of taxi service or public transportation available to get into town.

The room was spacious and suitable for wheelchair access. Also the bathroom catered for our handicap needs. We were greeted friendly by the staff and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
