Very friendly staff with "can do" mentality Nice pool Excellent Breakfast

A fly screen at the balcony door would be great so you can sleep with open windows/doors. And: Fire alarms with constantly blinking lights are a stupid idea -- two blinking lights are doubly stupid. And then there's the night lamp that you cannot switch off. I like my room to be dark at night, so this idiotic installation stopped me from sleeping until I found a way to cover all the artificial light in the room. It doesn't have to be like that -- there are other solutions to comply with security regulations AND let people sleep in peace.

I rate this hotel 10/10. They upgraded our room to a superior one free of charge, which had a magnificent balcony with an amazing view — the perfect place where I later proposed to my partner. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was very tasty, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return. And to top it all off, they also have a great pool for cooling off!

If you want to visit the lake garda it is a perfect location with easy access to many cities and the lake. The pool was nice combined with the bar. The service was really nice also from the room to the pool and restaurant.

What we saw was clearly a disconnect on the Spa vs the picture. It was really not as expected and a disappointment so my wife actually did not go into the spa.

The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. To the staff at Hotel Resort Villa Luisa, take a bow! A job well done. We will be back.

It was very clean and the staff was extremely nice, specially Mimo the waiter at the breakfast. He was welcoming us every day, super nice and friendly, already kneeling what we like and at the last day, since we left beforehand breakfast time he made sure a box with breakfast will wait for us at the reception. Mimo was definitely a big part of our good experience at the hotel. Thank you Mimo :)

Some of the property looked in need of repair - furniture outside bar, some broken tables and chairs - which should have been removed . Fountain into pool never worked. Jacuzzi area ? Not sure what was happening there - just a couple of quick maintenance fixes would make a fabulous hotel. But these fixes would not stop me from Booking for year - lovely hotel

The hotel and staff were exceptional, especially like to thank Massimilliano, Mauritizio, Filippo, Lara snd the rest of the staff who could not do enough to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. The owners of the hotel should be proud of such a brilliant team at their hotel. We will be back next year!

Great hotel with amazing staff. The food was fantastic and the pool was really nice. Very clean over all. We will return.

Very nice hotel with view on the lake. Large pool and garden. As the hotel is popular with families with small children, the best time to go for a swim was early in the morning. Very nice breakfast, again ideally to go a bit earlier to avoid the noise of the many children. I used the wellness, and the treatment was simply superb! I can definitely recommend the hotel when going to the Garda Lake!

The hotel is very popular with families with small children, so at times it was very busy around the pool and in the restaurant with a lot of noise. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The team at Villa Luisa & Spa made us all feel very welcome and the evening food for dinner was exceptional.
