Big and clean room, good and quiet location with a nice pizzeria just around the corner.

We were greeted by a staff member saying that our dog is too big and we were not allowed to stay in the room we booked, although we did have a conversation with one of the staff members right after booking the hotel where we indicated the breed of the dog and got a feedback from the hotel, saying everything is ok, we were allowed to stay with a pet as long as we pay the additional fee for it. After showing the messages to the person in the reception we were accepted. Everything took up to 10 minutes, everything was sorted out, however it left a bad taste for the rest of the stay.

Much better than the typicl Best Western offerings - hotel was as described, very convenient for the airport and staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfy beds, decent enough breakfast and a superb local restaurant just a few metres up the hill which was one of the highlights - seafood pizza was to die for, and house blanca frizzante was excellent too. Struggled with hotel wifi but they provide laptop and printer to allow guests to check in and print boarding passes

Only downside was that the shower door was loose, and the toilet cistern dripped all night. Wifi was also slow, but serviceable. Other than that all good.

This is very nicely appointed property, the place is extremely clean and has an excellent Italian breakfast. Across the street there is really good Nspolitan restaurant "Londrina".

Perhaps establish a flat fee for the ride to the hotel - when arriving we were charged 20Eur, to the airport back we were charged 22Eur. It is a small difference and it was not worth to point out, but it felt that the price was adjusted on the spot.

The spacious room was clean and cozy, and the staff were polite. The street outside was quiet.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer a free shuttle service, though that would have been great. We had to pay an extra 40 euros for a round-trip taxi, which is something to keep in mind.

It was very relaxing. There’s a nice sitting area to sit and sip a beverage and enjoy the outdoors. The pizza restaurant just an easy short walk has great food to enjoy. Their menu is full of great choices besides pizza.

We will stay there again. There’s nothing that we didn’t like.

The concierge was very helpful and informative. He spoke English very well and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. He saved us money by advising to use our rental car to get to the airport rather than dropping it early and using taxi to get to our flight.

Absolutely superb hotel just 15 minute taxi ride from Turino Airport (€20). The rooms are tastefully decorated and laid out, with Tv, tea/coffee facilities (check wardrobe!), toiletries and soft towels! My bedroom was overlooking the courtyard which was splendid. The breakfast was adequate - breads, fruits, coffee etc. Alcohol from the bar was available upon request. As for food, as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant I used Glovo to order in :) Ideal for any type of stay. Car needed for general tourism. For myself it was an airport layover so absolutely perfect.

Very clean and well looked after hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A brilliant restaurant right next door. Very short drive to the airport!
